The ABSOLUTE best customer service. I have had nothing but fantastic experiences here. I have purchased 2 McIntosh systems here along with Wilson Sasha DAW and Sabrina X speakers. I could not be more pleased with everything. In addition the record selection is just phenomenal. Rudi, in hifi, has endless knowledge of all the stunning audio equipment and is just a pleasure to work with. The store is in a great location with ample parking.

Five stars is not enough to give this business. I have always valued perfect customer service and I truly experienced it while dealing with Audio Advisors. From my very first inquiry about a piece of McIntosh equipment I was searching for, until the day I picked it up, the communication was flawless. The owner, Jeff runs an amazing business, staffed by true professionals. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived until we left. This business is an audiophiles dream store. If you love music and high end audio equipment, you need to check them out. It will not be a wasted visit, I promise. Perfection is an understatement for this business.

Purchased a pair of Focal speakers from Audio Advisor recently. Was assisted by audio consultant Brian Wiggins. Brian was not only knowledgeable, but he was smart enough to not push any product on me. We discussed my wants, and worked out a deal that was satisfactory to all. I'm not sure how you could have a better shopping experience. I recommend going to Audio Advisors for all your electronic entertainment needs. I strongly recommend asking for Brian Wiggins. He won't steer you wrong.

For all your mobile alarm, trackers and remote starting needs, go see Jason White at Audio Advisors. He listened to my concerns and knew exactly what I needed. His knowledge of car alarm systems is unmatched. From the minute we walked in to the store, until the day of installation, everything went smoothly. Jason throughly explained how to use the system, and is fully available for any questions or concerns after you leave the store. Jason and his team did an outstanding job. I will definitely tell friends, family and strangers to go to Audio Advisors.

Audio Advisors is a high end audio store specializes in ultra high definition, high end audio gear. Only the finest brand names are sold under the knowledgeable sales guidance of the staff. I have always found that buying quality is your best investment and enjoyment in Audio gear.

You are given generous time to evaluate and hear the equipment and all questions are answered and wisely explained. Besides audio equipment, there is a good selection of vinyl LP's to browse through.

I grew up with an appreciation for music and have always looked to have a good sounding system. Older now (or shall I say wiser) , and still very much into Hi-fi , I have over the past several years purchased several pieces of stereo equipment from Audio Advisors. I cannot be happier with every aspect of my experiences with the entire staff at Audi Advisors. Rudi has consistently steered me in the right direction, resulting in my having a very well integrated system. He has made excellent recommendations every step of the way including a turntable and also a pre-amp. My most recent purchase involved deciding over two different models of speakers. Brian provided excellent guidance and insight into both models weighing the pros and cons of each. It was clear to me that Brian’s number one concern was giving me the best information to help make the decision about which way to go with my purchase and ensuring that I was happy with my ultimate decision. Brian truly cares and is extremely courteous to me and everyone he encounters at the store. Rudi, once again, provided excellent advice after comparing the two speakers and the result is a purchase that I could not be happier with. In addition, Audio Advisors Jeff in particular, has been beyond fair with regard to pricing, and has been very generous in valuing my trade-in equipment as I have upgraded over the years. Bottom line is that this is a first class establishment, primarily focused on customer service and 100 % customer satisfaction. The entire staff is friendly and greets me warmly each time I come in the store. I have, on occasion, brought other family members into listen to equipment with me and they have treated me and my family, like their own family. A good judge of a company is when things go wrong with your purchase. I bought a pair of used JL subs thru Brian. One of them arrived DOA. Brian was quick to assist me to troubleshoot and ultimately send the sub back for service. I'm weary of certain hifi shops after a few negative experiences with being arrogant and lacking customer service skills.

You get none of that at AA. You have earned yourself a customer for life. Appreciate you Brian, and the rest of the AA team.

Best audio shop in west palm do anything they can to make sure you leave happy went in for one thing but with the knowledge they gave me and literally make sure the stuff I got was worth the money couldn't be happy really want to thank you guys for making this subaru from a ehhh it could be better might wanna get rid of it to dammmm best upgrade I can possibly do. And they definitely believe in safety more than taking your money or even installing anything til they fix what can be a hazard first. I really do appreciate it Jerit and ivan

I recently had my factory car audio system upgraded at Audio Advisors this week. Let me start by telling you that I received excellent service from the time I walked in the door all the way until my install was complete. Jerit assisted me through the whole process. He answered every question promptly either by phone or email. The install itself is one of the best I’ve had done. The install included multiple amps, a dsp and 3 way components up front with 2 way components in the rear with a subwoofer in the trunk. They created custom A pillar pods for my mid range speakers that looks like they were built new from the the factory. The sound this system now has is leaps and bounds better than I had before. I am so satisfied with the service, quality of install and price that I am having an additional car upgraded soon. Thank you Audio Advisor staff for all you did! Five stars all the way!

Had issues with my alarm system on my commercial vehicle. I went back to original installer and didn't feel comfortable with them. I felt like I was getting screwed..... walked into Audio advisors and they immediately tried to assist me ended up replacing a couple of inexpensive parts and got me working within an hr. I will absolutely be using them again for my business.

They put their busy schedule on hold to fix my radio a body shop messed up. Needles to say they were very quick at it too. Now my radio sounds better then it did before! Let alone how they fixed my airbag light. Very clean shop and very nice staff!! Thank you Audio Advisers!

Amazing store, it's an audiophiles candy store. Rudy was the best, he took the time to set a pair of Bowers and Wilkins for us to hear before purchasing them. Also picked out a great Chet Baker album to add to my collection. Dangerous place to go shopping the selection of equipment he has is amazing.

Had a speaker out on my 2000 Isuzu Amigo so stopped by for potential replacement. Picked out the replacement but when their tech checked, all they needed to do was repair the existing wire. Labor cost only. Any other store would have replaced both speakers without telling me about the possible quick repair. Highly recommend for honesty. Big 5 stars!!

Jaret (hope I spelled it right) is awesome at Audio Advisors. I have a 19ft Pathfinder I’m redoing and he helped me set up my system. I originally bought a JL Audio 280 watt amp for my four speakers and I didn’t think it was loud enough. Went back to get some more butt connectors and was just chatting with him about how I wished everything was louder. He offered for me to bring the old amp in to exchange it for the 500 watt amp and just pay the difference. I even threw out the box and told him and he said bring it in and switch it out anyways! Couldn’t believe how nice they were, and knowledgeable! So happy with the service and my completed system overall, couldn’t have done it without their help. My little boat now competes with the 30 foot center consoles at the sandbar. 😎 I have been suggesting Audio Advisors to all my friends who will be, or are redoing their boats. Also, Jaret beat the least expensive price for my items online without me even asking! Highly, highly recommend.
