Verizon

I hate having to get a new phone and transfer everything and this was the most pleasant experience i’ve ever had. Customer service was perfect. I was in a unique situation with another phone company and was told several times I would have to get a new number until I came into the Verizon in Commerce. I got to keep my number and really the process was as stress free as it could be…which I have never experienced. You have gained a Verizon customer and a big fan of this Commerce location! Yall are awesome!

I’ve typically gone to the Verizon store in Athens in past. The Commerce store is SO MUCH BETTER!!!! Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, just all round great service. So glad I found y’all!

The gentleman working there was very knowledgeable. He sid not try to hassle me to buy other things

Had a great experience other than the system being out for some reason but it was back up and running in no time! Customer service was great and very patient with us being a new customer!

The manager was so helpful and trust worthy! I left him with my phone while I ran an errand and when I was back he had it all set up for me with my Google account, screen protector and case! Made my life so much easier! I will be returning to this store!

Brittany was a great help to us old folks! Brittany has a wonderful personality and so kind & helpful in updating our old 8 10 iPhones to 14. Brittany needs some recognition.
The bad review is came to pick up my 14 pro-max phone and the Verizon system is down!!! So I don’t have my phone yet which makes me angry since I live out of town!!! Come on Verizon you can do better than this!!!

This store is great. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I hate getting a new phone because of all the changeover. Brittany had my old phone completely transferred to my new one in about 10 minutes ( I took longer to decide than she did to switch everything over) I didn’t have to do anything. Brittany was very friendly and we chatted while things were downloading. I will definitely shop this store again.

Johnny at the Commerce store in GA was fantastic! He was patient with my questions and explained all my questions about my bill!

Shelby was absolutely AMAZING! She did everything she could to help with my new phone and get the cheapest but best plan/accessories. Definitely the best sales woman I've ever had. Only issue is the chairs there are SO uncomfortable. Maybe upgrade them so the workers are more comfortable ;)

Was replacing old unworking phone. Saw the one I got and easily went through the purchase process. Really like that the amount is added to the monthly Verizon bill.

Keaton was great. I needed upgrade to my phone. He explained product choices and completed phone transfer of information. He mentioned the sale going on and got my phone completely set up. Highly recommend

This is the best Verizon store i have ever worked with.Typically, upgrading your phone or doing anything of that nature is borderline infuriating but with the help of Shelby It was so easy and painless. She is extremely patient and kind. She answered every single question I had with a clear, precise answer. The store is clean and well designed. Overall fantastic experience
(slightly irrelevant but their chairs aren’t that great.. it feels like you’re sitting on a bedside table.)
