I recently experienced outstanding customer service from the staff and management .The team was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to address my needs. Their friendly approach made the entire interaction enjoyable. Highly recommend coming down to this location I know Stewart will take care of anything you need . 5 stars !!!

This location is always packed with a great selection of clean, and usually new cars! The cars don’t have any smell of smoke and continue to be in excellent shape.

The staff are helpful, and checkout is smooth.

My friends and I rent here every few months (flights and car rentals are cheap) and have never had a bad experience. We will continue to come here to rent cars whenever in the Palm Beach area.

Had the best experience renting from National at PBI. The manager couldn't have been more willing to help when I arrived to the Emerald Aisle. His courtesy and help made my experience selecting a car fast and easy. To add, dropping off the car was a pleasure. Jefferson greeted me and asked if he could help us find our ride. He went over and beyond and I am looking forward to renting again here.

I had the best experience at National at PBI. Check in was seamless and Kenisha was extremely nice and helpful. The car itself was great and I had no problems at any point in my trip. Car return was also a super easy experience and Jefferson helped streamline the process. I couldn’t recommend this location enough!

Rented from National at PBI a month ago. The service was outstanding. I rented again and just returned the car. The service getting the car and returning was equally outstanding. Jefferson and Wilkens you rock customer service. As a result, I will always look to National first when renting cars. Car is a car. Service matters.

I booked a reservation the day before 4th of July at another car rental company, they were so unprofessional / did not have a car ready. I cancelled and quickly scheduled a new rental with National— the experience was night and day. National was a much quicker experience, tons of NEW car options to choose from. I ended up picking out a 2023 Toyota Highlander with only 185 miles on it. Great rental for the week and cheaper than the previous company! The drop off process was incredibly fast, a worker walked up and scanned the barcode and I was done.

Great location near the PBI Airport and close to West Palm Beach Florida, lots of car choices at the Emerald Club Isle, great for the value.

I rent vehicles from this location monthly. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of vehicles that are in super condition. The vehicles are always clean and they do not have any bad odors. I like that they put Clorox Wipes in the car. The location is really close to the 95 making it easy to get to the PBI Airport. The Shuttle Service is also spot on.

Great experience at the PBI National — car dropoff is efficient and Jefferson was super friendly and helpful. I look forward to renting from this location again!

Great selection of vehicles and good staff. One thing to note, the Airport pick up (infrequent) and exit gate (only one open) were significantly slower in the evening than I had experienced at other locations. Not enough to knock a star off though. The car drop off and airport shuttle were excellent and prompt as usual.

My experience at National was amazing. I was first greeted by Sydney the second I came off the shuttle. Her knowledge and helpfulness really made my decision a lot easier and I’m glad she connected us with exotics. Both Sydney & Mark went above and beyond and I’ll definitely be looking for their service at National in the near future!

I needed a car in a hurry. Seif took care of me immediately and got me in a nice car. I had to stop by and ask questions about The car, And Jessica was extremely helpful. Chris and Sami were great with check in and out process. Everyone was professional and my Chevy Malibu was fun to drive.

National is great! I just confirm my reservation, initial a document in a few places and walk out to a waiting rep who directs me to a group of cars and says, pick one! It does not get better than this! Highly recommend renting a vehicle from National.

So first off I have to say my experience at National and exotics was excellent. Sydney came out right away as we got off the shuttle and greeted us, she was so helpful and I’m so happy she connected us with exotics. She’s definitely an asset to your team !!

Everything was painless. We pulled in, got our car--and it was very easy. Kudos to LAURA at the Palm Beach office on Belvedere Road. She made it a great experience for us. Thanks to her, we will definitely use National Car Rental again. The car was clean and in perfect condition. What more could you ask?

I was traveling with my 9 year old nephew. Upon arrival at National, the staff was so overwhelmingly kind and had cold water ready! Our car was clean and ready to go. Excellent service. Upon turning in our car at National after a week, the staff noticed my sling and rollator. They did not make us get into the shuttle bus. Instead, they drove me and my nephew straight to the airport in our rental and took our bags right up to the check in counter! I didn't ask for any special service. They just offered it! I travel to this location 1-2 times a year. I will definitely continue to use National Car Rental in West Palm Beach airport location. The best staff and customer service! Thank you for helping my nephew and I to have a great experience!!

National /enterprise at pbi Airport provides the best car rental experience.i rent vehicles every week and it's like I'm pretty much family there now. I can't name everyone but the name I'll never forget is JAI . She goes above and beyond and is actually happy to be at work. I'll never go anywhere else

Pleasantly surprised. Getting a rental car has never been a great experience. Generally my best experiences (with various rental agencies) were when things didn't get too messed up. I know that's setting the bar low but considering how many less than positive experiences I previously had, my expectations were not high. This rental went very well. Booking through the website was relatively easy (forth site I tried). The rate was very competitive (used a corporate agreement). Upon arriving at PBI it was a very quick visit to the counter with minimal up-sell pressure (they did ask but in a friendly way). The shuttle bus came within moments. The shuttle bus driver insisted on helping me with my bags (I'm very capable). There were many varied selections in the "Emerald Club Aisle." The process at the booth to get out of the lot was quick. Upon returning the drop off was quick and friendly. The shuttle bus was there and the driver (different person) once again insisted on helping me with my bags, both on and off the bus like before. If only every car rental experience could be like this one. Sure, I'll always shop for great deals, but this National will win out even if they are not the lowest cost option. Exceptional service is worth a premium...but I certainly wasn't charged a premium this time.
