Palm Beach County - Driver License Office

I had a great experience at this location today because of Patrick. My wife and I tried scheduling our appointments together online, but they weren’t lining up. As a result, we had to schedule hers at the West Palm Beach location and mine at the Delray Beach location. Fortunately, when we arrived at the West Palm Beach location, Patrick was able to fit me in at the same time as my wife’s appointment. We were thankful we didn’t need to go over to Delray. He was also very kind with a good sense of humor. Being nice goes a long way. I'd give it a 5/5 rating and highly suggest going here for your ID/Driver's license needs!

Tammy went above and beyond for me . Very professional and on point!And her sidekick Adwin as well!! They truly helped me solve all my issues with my driver's license and I cannot thank them enough!

Patrick was super kind, patient and guided us step by step when renewing licenses and getting first time ever state ID. Great overall customer service!

On part. Kind of lost. But it was because I didn't arrange all I need it. So I have to arrange another appointment. It would have been better if I have my questions in order. Because they help you very good but you have to know what you really want at your appointment time.

Patrick is the man - he must’ve worked at chick fila, because his customer service was impeccable. He went above and beyond, the team is lucky to have him.

Of course it's going to be hectic. But was served according and professionally. Staff is very helpful and respectful. The woman at window 5 (Jessica) is well knowledgeable with her work. 💪🏾👍🏽

I found out on Thursday that my license was suspended. On that same day I called in for an appointment; DMV only had next week Wednesday available no walk-ins. So I went in early Friday at 7:30 AM, I stood on the line because I was told it would be a simple process.. NOT. I had to provide supporting documents as proof that I do not have a car. Which took all day. But I was truly Blessed. First, this young lady that listened to my situation allowed me in. Second, the CSR named Jessica at station 5 was sooo helpful and patience. She worked with me all day by accommodating my in&out gathering of documents. My daughters, the other workers and the other people there...beautiful! Thanks again Jessica for your time, consideration and going above the call of duty to help me. Make this a beautifully blessed weekend everyone. 🙏

I want to thank Alexandra at this DMV, she is super nice and patient with me. She a good listener, no matter what my problem is she always do her best to help me with it. Great experience today! Very organized customer service following CDC guidelines for COVID-19. They provide sitting for those who can't wait in a standing position. I went there with a previous appointment for one service and they ask me, without me asking them, about other two services related with the services that I have scheduled for today's visit...What a surprise, they took care of my 3 services without requesting a new appointment!

The staff make a visit to a place that would normally dreadful a pleasurable experience, they are courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable, back about 10 yrs ago it was horrible and staff hated their jobs and were just flat out rude, they have really recalibrated all aspects of the service to make it as streamlined as a government organization can possibly be! Good work everyone and thanks for your service.

I had an appointment, waited 2 minutes, went too the window, paid for myy things and left within 4 minutes. This was great!! You all should continue allowing us too schedule an appointments ahead of time. It's very convenient.

This location is absolutely fantastic! I had a terrible experience at the Lake Worth tax collector, so I figured I would make the drive to this location. Everyone from the security guards out front to the staff in the DMV were extremely courteous and helpful. I had an extremely complicated registration situation and they went out of their way for over an hour to help me with every single issue. They saw me before my appointment, and made sure everything was in order before I left. I am absolutely amazed at how helpful they were.

I came here with my elderly Aunt to get her an up to date Florida ID. From the security to the check in to Dana who processed the paperwork, everyone was amazing and very kind. Coming from NYC, I am not used to that sadly. Thanks for being so gracious, it was much appreciated.

Lavette took care of me very fast, and professionally. When the system went down she gave me the option to wait in the lobby instead of rescheduling, which would have been a nightmare since my job doesn't give me much time to do things personally. Not even 5 minutes later I was back at the booth and short after, out with my license renewed. Very good experience.
