My name is Dennis Howell, I own world-class carpet care. A carpet cleaning business I have worked with Coronado Springs for several several years. They are one of the most professional management companies I have dealt with in 25 years of business. Between the maintenance staff and the office staff, they are Absolutely wonderful. If you have a chance to move there, I highly recommend it, if you have a chance to be a vendor for that company, I recommend it.

Great community and service. I enjoy their pool and gym. They always maintain it clean for the residents. The property management is always aware of the residents' concerns. Im very grateful with Sary and Sharon for assisting me and giving the best service. Would defininetly recommend this community for anyone seeking a new place to call home.

I had an excellent move in experience!! The apartment unit is very clean and spacious, the outside is well maintained, Sophie is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. The only problem I have is my stove and oven has no power, so right I am unable to cook, but I informed the office, and they said they would send someone out tomorrow to look at it. **UPDATE** maintenance was at my door by morning, very professional, resolved my issue my oven and stove is now working! This place is a must!! Management are very good and understanding I had an issue in my unit OMG!! I was so amazed by how they had everything under control and fast I been here for 3 years now.MRS. Sharon the property manager was nice and very helpful and amelio the maintenance guy. All I can say is I love them and the work they doing keep it up guys.
