I accompanied my husband to this exam to follow up on a blood test issued by his primary physician. We went to the 1620 S Congress location because it was close to my husband's office. The waiting room was very busy and we waited 20 minutes to be called up, however once he was escorted back, things started to move. The nurse was So upbeat and all the staff seemed very pleasant and kind.

Dr Lopez was a good listener to my husband's symptoms, he was a good questioner by being patient and asking follow up questions, and my husband and I both felt very comfortable with his expertise. We never felt that he was "ready to be done" with this (as sometimes is the case with doctors) or did we feel we had any unanswered questions. He checked out a symptom my husband reported immediately by having the nurse come in with a portable ultrasound unit. Within 5 minutes Dr. Lopez was back in the room with the results and finishing the appointment.

It was a very good experience, and I recommend this doctor. :)

I’ve lived in Palm Beach County since 1976. Except for my very first primary care doc who has since retired, I haven’t been to an office filled with staff who have been so kind, so accommodating and helpful. What a breath of fresh air!

Dr. Lopez was amazing. A kind and easy, gentle manner about him put both my husband and I at ease immediately. What a pleasure to have a doc who spent his time understanding my situation and not berating me!

I highly, highly recommend Dr. Lopez and the Wellington office and staff. God bless all of them for making me feel like a cared for person and not a number.

My husband had appointment today on 07/30/2021 got to office at wellington and they had training and they never even to call to tell us not to come or make different appointment

Had the worst experience with this doctor had a surgery scheduled on. Thursday sept 27 drove 3 hours to get there had to be there at 5.30 in the morning when i got to the surgery center they told me the doctor had cancel the surgrery because he was on vacation i was very upset no one call me to let me know... 4 hours later they decided to call me to re schedule. The surgery i think this is very unprofessional. Now i need to find another doctor hopefully dont have to go through the same thing again

Called his office for an appointment and was told that I would have to put a credit card on file that he could charge without any further permission. So what if the bill were wrong? Uh, no thanks.

Arrogant. Rude. Does not listen. No empathy. And my diagnosis was not correct. His response, after I visited 2 more doctors who disagreed was, It is not in the records. You can't prove anything. You need to not make such a big deal about this.
