Recommend Arium+++. We moved in almost a month ago, and so far, everything is perfect. Victoria, the leasing agent, is a wonderful person. Her energy and diligence make
the difference. All the staff are diligent and nice people.

We love living here! The apartments are beautiful, the neighbors are so nice, and maintenance is awesome. Fixed any needs we had with the nicest guys! Definitely recommend

I have lived here for a couple of years and have been very satisfied. Recently they made some changes in staffing and upgraded all of the units and now I am just thrilled! My apartment is spacious and modern and the property is being kept so clean. The 24 hour fitness center and dog park are icing on the cake. But more important than all of this the staff is amazing and so willing to help! Nancy Carl has been so warm, inviting and helpful. She really makes me happy to be here! I am truly appreciative of how kind and attentive she is!

I wanted to take the time and say a few things my fiancé and I have been living here for 2 years and under the new management I’m very pleased with how they manage they property and handle everything in a timely manner. I’ve had a few issues with my apartment and Victoria made sure to get them taken care of swiftly her personality is amazing! Also wanted to thank Julio and Danny for repairing and doing such an amazing job I’m very happy and I would highly recommend anyone making the Arium their 🏡 home.

Highly recommend Arium!! I moved in about a month ago & it was a great decision! Victoria, the leasing agent, is truly the best person ever! After touring multiple apartments and condos it was Victoria’s personality and helpfulness along with the beautiful apartment & property, that made the decision so easy.

Maintenance is always very quick when I put in a request. The emergency maintenance is also extremely responsive, even on weekends!

Overall, I highly recommend Arium & ask for Victoria!!

The staff at Verse is fantastic ! Seriously - especially Arturo P. - who spent so much extra time and effort helping us get our paperwork thru their third party verification process. My husband and I are over 65 and did not know how to upload the required documents in todays modern formats to even rent our apartment. Arturo was so helpful and patient with us - Victoria was super nice too! We would never have been able to submit our paperwork for approval without their help. On top of that they let us view the model several times and helped us pick a ground floor unit. We highly recommend you come look at the units at Verse. The staff is kind and the apartments are lovely.

This community offers a lot of great amenities. We love it here.

I definitely want to recommend This property !!!! I recently needed some maintenance done in my apartment and I contacted the Office and spoke with Evelyn and she made sure we had our issue resolved immediately.. she was very proactive and showed how much she really cared about our concerns!!!!

This is a fantastic place to live! The staff are wonderful and work every hard, every day, to keep this site clean and looking beautiful. If you have a question, they are right there to answer you. Recent improvements to the property have made it even better. The units are spacious, well laid out, and beautiful. The staff works hard at keeping the tenants responsible for maintaining clean hallways and walkways. If you have a maintenance issue in your unit, the staff fix the problem quickly and efficiently. I love the pool area, and so do my granddaughters, when they come to visit me. I appreciate living here! Most of all, I love my beautiful apartment! The location is perfect! The lake behind us is perfect! Come see for yourself! I rate this property a 5-star!

Ever since the verse took over I love it here the staff really do care and communicate. The front office are very nice people Nancy has an amazing welcoming smile and amazing caring personality. Teresa is very helpful and always looking out for the people. I love how they take the time to listen to my needs and then help me out with addressing the issues I have, I highly recommend them for this place. As for request for repairs now get attention and are properly fixed thanks to Alfredo. Because of him I don’t have to harass the front office. When it was hidden harbor they would always tell me that’s the way things are suppose to work. But thank you staff at verse for everything.

I have been living here for over 2 years and Nancy Carl in the leasing office is best. She is always helpful and can answer any questions or concerns my mother Jennifer and I may have. She is always helping us with any issues we have and most of ahe cares about the community. She is such a pleasure and we really appreciate her.

I love my new home! The renovations are sleek and well-done. There was a little debris at the entry of my front door at move in, but once I called the office within 30 minutes the maintenance team member, forgot his name, came and cleaned it better than I expected. They are super fast and friendly. Cannot think of a reason to not renew next year.

Julio is a great maintenance man. Super professional and punctual. Really appreciate him fixing my AC issue on July 4th. Really appreciate him. Always goes above and beyond with any apartment needs.

Great management company Michelle the new property manager is alway available very professional and very nice. Andre and Miguel are awesome any maintenance request I sent gets done as soon as possible. Ladies at the office are very nice. I really love living here and would recommend Verse to family and friends and anyone looking for a place call home.

I been living there for like a year now great place to live very quiet and the water view from my unit a plus looking forward to sign my lease for another year . Victoria in the office always helpful and friendly always willing to help with everything keeps up the good work . I only been leaving at Verse for a months, so far everything has been more than I expected. The Experience from the Leasing Office Nancy and the Maintenance crew Miguel Verges and Andrea has been amazing. They're very responsive with any request or help regarding my stay. Keep up the good work and thanks again for a rapid response from Miguel Verges At Maintenance Department.

After a full day of apartment hunting, my husband and I were BLOWN AWAY at Nancy’s customer service skills and knowledge of the units!! She is the ABSOLUTE sweetest and could answer LITERALLY every question without needing to reference anything or talk to anyone. Her expertise in this community, and industry, made our whole experience very smooth and efficient. Not to mention, she was such a joy to spend time with!!

What a great place to live! Beautiful water views, a nice sized gym to stay fit, valet trash, Shipt shopping for residents, and an amazing staff! Nancy is such a pleasure and stops at nothing to make sure the residents are satisfied. The maintenance staff is also super friendly and timely in completing work. Andre has made sure the grounds and all units are show ready! Been a resident here for 4 years! I will miss this place when we move!

In the leasing office Nancy is such a great help to the community and tenants. She is always available to answer and take care of any questions or concerns we as tenants may have. She is great at keeping us updated on things in the neighborhood and always extend a helping hand. I appreciate her help and kindness everytime I need her. Thank you Nancy. The day I found this place I was absolutely ecstatic the upkeep on this beautiful development and the wonderful assets to this company Mrs Nancy started my journey here in December and got me all set up in my new apartment and made my transition a wonderful experience. And a huge shoutout to the Andrae & Miquel they are very efficient and fix things in a timely matter and always check back to make sure things are okay. I would highly recommend anyone to make this place their next home. I give them more than 5 stars in my books ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
