Buccaneer Realty Global Inc

A few days ago, I was driving down congress avenue in west Palm Beach and I saw a sign with buccaneer realty.
It brings back painful memories. Back in 2007 I hired buccaneer Realty to sell my house located in the subdivision of turtle Cay 2137 little torch Street in Riviera Beach.
It was one of the most horrible times of my life.
You see Radha Berry was the Broker she did a terrible job. We had three buyers interested in the propriety. one was a cash buyer. So, I ask Radha what you think, and she said based on her experience the cash buyer is the best.
So, we when with the cash buyer. The buyer put down $2000 Deposit The closing was set for 30 day later. About 10 days from closing, I move out and rent an apartment and was paying $1,000 a month. To my Suprise 3 days before closing the buyer didn't want the propriety anymore. Do you know that my house sits on the market for 1 year before it was sold. I was the one that have to keep communicate with Bank of America to get my house sold.
Under real estate law if the buyer cancels the contract the deposit should give to the sell for damages. And she never tells why the buyer cancel the contract
And I never get a red cent are every heard anything from Radha Berry since the closing and she get her commission she never even sends a text, email, are phone call. Till this day I don't know what even happen to the $2000 deposit because she never contacts me after she gets her commission.
Also, I have to come up with $3,500 of my kids' tax return money that year to pay off the HOA that was owed at least I should get the $2000 dollar deposit
