My appointment today was with Dr Fred Muhletaler. He was amazing! He was extremely informative by even drawing a picture so I could see what the plan was as far as the surgery being done to my kidney. There are a lot of bad reviews about this place but I’ve had nothing but great service especially by my Doctor, the front desk and waiting time, I would highly recommend!!!

Went today with my first appointment for my enlarged prostate the gentleman who was my PA as the doctor was absent handled the appointment like a pro did what he had to do was very kind and allowed me to share everything that was going on and he took it in and made his determination started me on some medication to see if my symptoms would alleviate and all in all great office

Update : was given a prescription to try to alleviate some of my symptoms and after 2 doses it seems to be working

I was impressed with the kindness with the kindness of the staff, and especially with Dr. Fred's empathy. If all doctors were as well grounded and kind, the world would be a better place.

One of the only Drs office I’ve gone to lately that actually has a person answer the phone and the nurse gets back to you the same day.

I had a good experience with Dr. Fred Muhletaler. He removed an 11mm kidney stone for me at Palms West Hospital and then I had the stent removed at his office on the 13th of September. I got there early 10:30 for my 11:00 appointment by 11:05 I was invited into the room where I had my stint removed. Everyone was very friendly and made an effort to laugh at my nervous induced sense of humor. The procedure went well. I did not get to talk to the Dr. Long, he seemed to be very busy. I accepted this do to the fact that the waiting room was full. He shook my hand and said If I ever run into anymore problems to give him a call.

I had to leave prior to seeing the doctors, due to my house being burglarized.

The best experience there with Dr. Carlos. Very alert and actually cares for his patients. Always calls and check up on the result. Goes Above and beyond.

The staff are very courteous they really seem to care. I had to go to the rest room The first person said are you coming in to see a Dr oh she said don't forget to leave your specimen. I was impressed. They make sure you come in with no virus. Social distancing a must. My Dr explains in a language I can understand. I'm happy with this office

I was having bladder and prostrate issues. It turned out to be more severe and required surgery. I found the staff very accommodating in a busy and often uncomfortable/embarrassing set of circumstances. I put my trust in Dr. Becker and Dr. Fred Muhletaler and everything has turned out great! Last Monday Dr. Fred Muhlethaler performed kidney surgery on me and today I am removing the catheter, he was very professional with his work and very attentive I recommend him thank you very much for everything and thanks to the other people who were part of the process very attentive all the girls from the Palm Beach urology center to the nurses from the Palm West Surgery Center to the anesthesiologist and everyone in general god bless you
