I had consistently positive experiences at the DMV. The security personnel were always courteous, the staff assigning tickets were efficient, and those handling my ticket were helpful. The road test examiners are great . Overall, commendable service and a pleasant atmosphere.Everyone is professional and super nice.

Made an appointment and was able to get in the same day. Had all the paperwork ready to go with me. Checked in and waited maybe 10 minutes. Process was simple als I was out quickly.

They say you must have a reservation but they do have a walk in line... we did not have a reservation. Got there at 8:00 a.m. waited outside for 1 hour and then they let us in to get a number. Waited another hour before getting called. Very grateful! Marjorie helped us and was so nice and friendly. My 15 year old got her permit.

I had an appointment there yesterday for my license. It took about hour and a half to complete the process but it was entirely data processing. I waited about 10mins to be called which was amazing and Kerri M. helped me with my process. She was amazing, very patient and just overall a great experience. Will be coming to this location for future services!

This is the nicest, cleanest, most professional, and absolutely refreshing building to look at and walk through, DMV I have ever seen. From start to finish, very fluid! I came in an hour early and was accommodated very respectively. It was a 45 minute drive to come here (fate would have it, my title was sent to this DMV instead) when I have a DMV within five minutes of my home.... I will drive 45 minutes, everytime!!!

This has been the best DMV experience I’ve had to date. The staff at this location was so incredibly kind. I had an emergent issue regarding an unknown suspended license due to a gap in insurance not being reported, only to have found out about it after being rear ended this morning during the police report. Amanda the security officer, was extremely attentive and kind. I told her the situation and while she could not promise me a spot she did her best to try to help. I waited about 40 minutes before I was sent back. I was called up maybe 5minutes after to a window where I was greeted by two lovely ladies by the names Danielle and Cheryl. Both were so genuinely kind and compassionate to my situation and were extremely thorough in explaining all of my questions. They provided me with all the resources, documentation and suggestions I could’ve possibly needed to get this all squared away as smoothly as possible. Both were incredibly charming and funny, making such a long winded stressful day come to a much needed relief. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or for better service. I couldn’t express anymore just how much I appreciated all of your help today. Please know how valuable you all are in helping people in their times of need. With much gratitude,

I spent 3 weeks in CDL school. Then 5 weeks in training. Then another solid 2 years of OTR driving before I considered myself to be a truly competent truck driver. And after 4+ years on the road, spanning 43 states, it took me less than 20 minutes to walk into this beautiful building and trade my CDL for a standard 4-wheel Class E driver license. I can't properly articulate just how much I love this office. Marjorie guided me every step of the way. She is so wonderful. 20 minutes and $8.25 later, I am so happy to say that I have delivered my last load to Pittston PA or Paducah KY or Ontario CA. I never imagined a tax collector office would hold such significance in my life, yet here I find myself. I sincerely thank each and every employee at this office, especially Marjorie.

Can not say enough great stuff about Danielle at the Westgate location. Very professional presentation and she greeted me with a big smile when I approached the window. Easily solved my self inflicted problem (and no judgement). Absolutely was not expecting my best customer service experience over the last several months to be at the DMV. Thanks Danielle for making my day and dropping my blood pressure 10 points.

I enjoyed my time going there, it was faster than most dmvs. Also the lady Debra is fantastic!!! If you can, book for her, she does her job and informs customers. I wish I would get ask to review the dlv.

Services was 100% much better than any years before the virus...l made an appointment on line print page and everything was done in an hour....not a long all day wait...look clean and much organized then before..soooo happy new way of working 😊

I love the location. Everyone is super nice and professional. Yes you need to make an appointment. I was there today because I need to get my title for my car i waited maybe 5 minutes and I was attended by Hector he was super nice. I did witness a lady been rude and nasty to one of the workers but she kept her cool and still was nice to that lady. Please everyone be nice to them and everyone else it's not hard they are doing there jobs.

Yup, you are reading it right! 5 star DMV. Fast, super comfortable, spotless, and the staff ROCKS !!!

We had an appointment and this newer office was super easy to get in and out of. We waited with our paper number for less than 10 mins and were in and out in less than 45 mins with a photo ID. The numbers moved very quickly and there are over 20 stations. There was plenty of parking and it was easy to find. It was neat, the bathrooms were clean and there was sufficient security inside the Lobby.

Very nice & efficiently run office. Both lady security guards were extremely helpful and kind. Thank you very much!
