My dog had an emergency, and I was able to bring him right away. The vet made recommendations. She was clear with the treatment plan and follow-up. Needless to say, my dog is back to normal. I find that the prices are affordable compared to other clinics in the area, and the staff is so attentive and caring.

I have 5 dogs and have been using VRAC for several years. Amanda, up front is excellent! Very knowledgeable, helpful, attentive, compassionate, and friendly. We recently moved 2 hours north, and I can still count on her support. Thank you, we miss you guys!

Had to take my Stormy girl for surgery to have a lump removed from her leg..I was soooo scared just as her human. She had not done well in the past with Vet visits . She is a rescue and was put through alot in her past. She is the princess in the house of 8 yrs now. She made so very clear with her behavior that she wanted Dr. Gardner n her team to assist with getting her back to herself. So very pleasant with her never once had to muzzle her, even when they did blood draw.💪🏼She never was a car rider kind of dog but since she has been home and still recovering from just week half ago she is full of energy again and drives me crazy till I let her go for ride in the car. 😍😍 Means alot to me that my dog was able to choose for her self after 3 consults she picked a #winner ... and I will be taking my other 3 furbabies here as well.

I brought my dog Bella in today knowing that there was something seriously wrong with her and she's probably on her final days. Doctor Natalia Temprano was kind courteous and didn't try to upsell me any stuff that I didn't need, the bill was reasonable considering the work they had done and my girl Bella was better off from seeing them. It's sad that I had to meet them for the first time under these conditions. I've been to many vets in South Florida and I feel that Dr Natalia Temprano is a good vet and cares for the animals, which is what was important to me. I will go there with my other animals when need be. I recommend them highly.

I brought my dog in today for a dental cleaning. First time to this office. I had booked a non-anesthietic cleaning for my dog but got a call that she needed some extractions and need to go under anesthesia. This procedure costed quite a bit more money which I wasn't really prepared to spend. However, she needed several extractions. The total cost including the extractions was around $500. 00 which was shocking but all said and done a very fair price for the services Dr Drummond performed. He is a very nice and personable man and was very friendly. He and his staff took great care of my dog. I highly recommend Dr Drummond and his clinic at Village Royal animal clinic.

My experience with this clinic was fabulous. From the front desk to the vet tech, to the Doctor, Nicole, everyone was so nice and patient with me. It was my first time using them . I had an emergency with a stray cat that needed to be looked at and treated. I am so impressed by how nice the girls who answer the phone were as well as the vet tech Amanda and the doctor. Thank you so much for being there for me.
