Two words, Life Savers! Moved down to the West Palm area for work with very short notice. Because I was out of state, I had to rely on Kanga to find me a place with all of my specifications without me being there. Needless to say they nailed it. I hate most real estate companies. I'm the kind of person who knows what they want and knows how to find it. When I was looking for a place in Palm Beach, I was referred to Kanga by a friend. Kangrarealty (as reflected by my experience with its agent John Kluber) is a reliable, professional, efficient, and experienced company in the realty industry. After relocating from NY, Kangrarealty helped us find a pet friendly apartment (condo) VERY quickly. The agent provided us a robost listing of apartments, condos, and homes for rent that met our family's needs. He then brought us to the ones we identified from our listing as our top choices. Professional, punctual, strong communication skills, knowledgeble, resourceful, are only a few of the words that best describe the skillset of their employees.

Finding our new apartment was a breeze, but that is not where Kangra realty excelled in providing us excellent customer service to us. The apartment we chose was with another listing-agent. We had many issues with the landlord's agent that stemmed from unproffesionallism but our agent from Kangrarealty helped us every step on informing us of our rights as renters, communicating with the other agent on our behalf to help rectify issues with the apartment, contract mistakes by the other company, providing us cleaners the day of move in because the other company couldn't correct their own mistakes of never entering the apartment after the previous tenant moved out. This review is tough to write because I can't get into everything they helped us out with! Whatever your realestate needs are, you should try out Kangrarealty and I doubt you'll change your realtor. I plan to use Kangrarealty when I'm in the market to buy a house and I tell anyone who are looking for pet friendly listings to look into this company. Kangarealty offers a truly amazing service. First of all their website is so easy to use, which made finding and saving the properties that I wanted to see very simple. We just closed on a house with the help of one of your agents, Scott Alexander, and I'd like to share a few thoughts with you. People tend to be quick to write a letter of complaint, but forget to write when praise is due.

We met Scott a year ago when he helped us find a rental home in West Palm Beach. That was such a positive experience that we later asked him to help us in locating a home to buy, even though we knew he was fairly new to the sales side. Frankly, as we had inquired about various rentals with various companies, he was the only agent who really dug in, stayed the course and helped us find a home, which showed me he was willing to pay his dues. Most flaked out after one inquiry.

Being recently transferred here from Texas, we seemed to have a much harder time than average finding just the right house in such a vastly different environment, and Scott showed us a lot of homes. There is currently a running joke that 33's the charm. Toward the end, I was in a constant state of apology! I'm certain many agents would have cut their losses and given up on us long before. However, Scott remained patient, professional, supportive and always pleasant and upbeat throughout those months.

These consistent qualities, coupled with his general intelligent demeanor and upright approach were a rare gift in a real estate agent. Truly, those are rare attributes in anyone these days, and certainly in this industry -- no offense intended!

It's also important to note that he was never shady, pushy, or promoting his own agenda in any way just to sell a house. This too is both exceptional and honorable, and very beneficial to the process. His work ethic is remarkable. He stayed personally involved right up to and including the closing and helped us with reliable referrals and assistance in all the many issues along the way. As new transplants, this was invaluable.

In all these ways, it was a true pleasure and blessing working with Scott as our real estate agent, as well as interacting with him as a person. In a world where "shoddy" is the growing norm, excellence is still valued by some.

I have a rental property in Fl. I live in Pa needed a good management company to handle tenants, rent, legal, HOA etc. I found them online, have been using them for 2 years and they are great! Found an excellent tenant. Rent check is on time. HOA is happy. I recently sold the unit and the handled the sale as well. I have had bad experiences with management companies in Fl. Now I will never use any other company other then KANGA

Horrible decline in customer service since there is a whole new staff for the palm beach county location. Used them a few years ago and absolutely loved the service. Recently reached out to them looking for another great turn out and I am truly disappointed with the way the realtors treat and unprofessionally handle situations. Once a realtor is assigned they will not return calls instead will text you late hours of the night and barely respond once you text back. After showings (if you get that far) will disappear without any information or contact. This has happened to myself and a few of my friends who used to love this company as well. If they do not want to deal with helping you they will pass your number around the office to different realtors who will also ignore you. Through the years I've sent them many customers b/c I was so pleased with my first experience, now I wouldn't waste my time. This company has become horrible.

Before I married my wife, I moved quite a bit. This realtor somewhat helped us find an apartment and thats about it. After the sale was made, we did not get much more help with paperwork or issues with move times. In addition, we attempted to contact her during business hour sand received no response. I can complain much more, but thats all I will say. I do not recommend this at all.

This company is irresponsible I rente a house the truth I made the procedure too fast so once I move I start to find many defects in the house. And now they do not want to repair what one of the maintenance called Bobby said to me is that I have to next time be able to check everything first and have it repaired, if not better not sign a paper because otherwise they will not He repairs nothing, he wants me to repair his house for free. Just changing the A / C and calling the so-called emergency number and no one answered until the next day to tell me that I had to be home to send someone. According to them I do not work at the end of everything sent three different people and none of them solved the problem apart from many things damaged in this house these types are some unrewarding and they take advantage of others by signing a book of almost 23 pages only FOR JODERTE

The whole house feels a bad smell how it was born because the bathrooms does not have a gas extractor and they also do not have a good air conditioning and all the bad smell is spread throughout the house
