Vista Lago Apartments

My family and I have been here for a few years and the new management and front office staff is fantastic. We've gotten a lot of issues that we had to deal with in the past fixed, and Flo and Angelique have been a great help in getting this all done. Ramel is also great at what he does and is always professional when we interact with him. Great staff, great place.

Beautiful, scenic, quite and amazing community. The staff is superb and customer friendly and very informative. Best experience ever so far in my search for a new apartment.

Right across the street from West Palm Beach's Apoxee Trail and the other wilderness trails of the Grassy Waters Preserve, Vista Lago offers access to those nature walks, tennis and volleyball courts, bicycle paths, a fitness center and a beautiful swimming pool. The grounds are meticulously tended and adorned with lush tropical plants. I moved to Vista Lago because of its proximity to the wilderness of the Preserve and the beauty of the community grounds but found a wonderful apartment with a view of a lake from my balcony and a community of friendly neighbors as well. Couldn't recommend it more highly.

Angelique was very polite she took time to tell me about all the amenities , and ask if I had any questions, the community was clean and nice and quiet .club house is very neat and professional looking, this place was warm and welcoming , I would definitely recommend.

I recently moved into this apartment complex, and I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with everything. From the moment I stepped into the leasing office, I was greeted with a warm welcome and excellent customer service. The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns.

The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and modern. The appliances are all top of the line, and the finishes are of the highest quality. The amenities are also fantastic - the gym is well-equipped, the pool is pristine, and the community areas are all beautifully maintained.

What really sets this apartment complex apart, though, is the sense of community. From resident events to social media groups, there are countless opportunities to meet and connect with neighbors. The management team truly goes above and beyond to create a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a fantastic living experience. The staff, amenities, and community all combine to make it an exceptional place to call home.

When I moved here I wanted comfort, safety & cleanliness, I experienced all 3. Whenever I had an issue it was taken care of right away, The office team were professional and knowledgeable, I would recommend Vista Lago Apartments highly.

Moving to Vista Lago was a smooth transition. I really love it here it definitely feels like home! Flo at the office is absolutely amazing she’s very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable! Always ready to jump in and assist, you guys have a great asset in Flo!

I had a great experience with maintenance. He came to fix a few things ant first such as outlets, fans , lights etc and once I showed him a couple more things that had to be fixed, he was right on it quickly, swiftly and expeditiously was the word to describe has fast he got some of these things done.He even offered to bring me a new sink with no problem. I then encountered another issue with my dryer and boom, dryer fixed. Living here has been such a piece of mind so Thank you Vista Lago for all that you do and have done.

I am putting 5 stars simply because we have a new Management and Maintenance company and their guy Faustino really went above and beyond to make sure my family was comfortable even while our central A/C was down or on the fritz. Mind you, this was of course on a Friday at 3pm, so we assumed we would be brushed off until Monday or just band-aided to pacify us until they could clock out for the weekend. I only say this because the old Management and Maintenance team were notorious for this. I was pleasantly surprised by Faustino's continued effort to keep my family comfortable. It was refreshing to say the least. This man deserves recognition for his efforts and you guys better pay him well or someone will definitely see his value! Thank you, sir, for your professionalism and your persevering efforts!

I really was impressed with the office, it was well-maintained. It’s immaculate, very clean and Angelique is very professional. The vibe is cozy. It’s quaint, peaceful and quiet. I love this place and look forward to be coming a resident real soon.

The property was well maintained and the ladies who helped me and took me on the tour were both extremely friendly and seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. There are many attractive features available such as a pool, 24 hour exercise room, playground and Amazon lockers as well as trash compactor and a car maintenance area. There are good apartment choices with walk in closets, full size washer and dryer, and choices of a patio or a flex space. They accept pets with a reasonable fee and there is first come, first serve parking or you can pay for reserved parking or a personal garage.

I moved in about a month ago and honestly, it's been really great so far. The move-in process was really easy thanks to Grisella. She took the time to make sure I had all of my paperwork completed before move-in day. I really appreciated her clear communication throughout the process. Having lived here for a little while, I really don't have any complaints. The grounds are well-kept, the community is very quiet and feels very safe, especially because of the gates. The pool is nice and well maintained, and while the gym is fairly small, it's 24 hours, and it's not really used all that much, so I don't have to wait for equipment even though it is small. It is a pet-friendly community, and people actually pick up after their pets for the most part, which is a nice change. The apartments themselves are clean, and I have yet to see a bug anywhere since we've moved in. The maintenance staff are very prompt, and the few things that I noted on my move-in form have been addressed and taken care of in a timely fashion. This is probably the best apartment complex I have lived in. We signed a 15-month lease, so fingers crossed that is stays this nice for the rest of our time here!

I just moved into a Vista Lago Apartment. The apartment looks nice. Almost all the appliances are new. It is freshly painted and clean. The lady Stephenie at the leasing office is very nice. What ever she said came out to be true. The other lady at the leasing office is also nice. The maintenance guy is also helpful.
Recently at the end of the lease period I moved out of this place because I moved to a different state. My experience with this place was nice. The assistant manager Stephanie was so nice, she helped me going beyond her duties. The other employees in the office was also very nice. And they have given me a full refund of my security deposit. I returned the apartment in good condition but still, this is the first time I got full refund. I am thankful to the Vista Lago management.

I just moved in, so for now everything has been Great!

My friend recommended this place after living here for two years. I wanted to relocate from Stuart Fl to West Palm Beach because it is closer to work. I was surprised how friendly and quite the neighborhood is. My entire move-in went smoothly with no issues. The apartments and appliances are bigger than other apartments in the area; this was a plus for me. The office staff was very helpful. I worked with Stephanie who did an excellent job following thru with questions I had prior to my move-in. I normally don't write reviews or pay much attention to them because most are negative and people who are satisfied don't take the time to write them.

The complex is clean, looks beautiful and everyone has been super friendly. The best part is this is the first apartment complex I've lived at in over 6 years that doesn't charge me a fee to pay them my rent money. I always thought that was uderly ridiculous to charge me extra to pay them my rent. So far it's been the best complex I've lived in.

The Vista Lago team responded to our service request right away. Within two days everything that we needed was done. The front desk and maintenance people are always great!

I just recently moved into Vista Lago in May 2018 and I have to say that after looking at 20 apartment homes and dealing with terrible customer service from most of them. The customer service at Vista Lago definitely turned my day around. Property Manager Ms. Medina was/is great. My apartment is beautiful and the company that owns Vista Lago (Fairfield) appreciates local public school teachers! The neighborhood is well kept, on move in day my keys and apartment were ready as soon as the office opened. I love my neighbor (I say neighbor because I only met one so far). I hope to stay at Vista Lago for a few years (granted that my rent doesn’t go up an unreasonable amount every year). One thing though that I wish is that maintenance followed up on work orders. I have submitted 3 and don’t know when/if maintenance has stopped by and completed them. They haven’t left any slips or sent any emails.

It's so hard to make a decision when you have choose your new apartment and especially when you are out of State and you can't go and tour the apartment complex. We were so fortune that Stephanie walked me through the process. We've got a new carpet, stove and micro.

Stephanie was awesome...she went far and beyond...we were driving for two days from Ohio and we didn't make it to get to the apartment complex within business hours. She came to the office after business hours on a Sunday prior a holiday so we can sign our lease, get our keys and make our first payment. That was so awesome and wonderful. Then she was on top of any maintenance order that we needed it. Stephanie has made our experience a 5-star rating. :)
