Massey Services Pest Control

Massey is wonderful for pest control! Majority of the time they give us a heads up before they come but sometimes they’ll just show up when they’re close to the area and unfortunately we aren’t home. The couple times that this has happened, (I’ve been a customer of theirs for at least 3 years) I call right away and they’ll send another technician out almost the next day to finish the backyard and inside of the house when we are home to unlock gates and doors. Today, Michael was extremely excellent! Just when I thought he was done, he went a grabbed his special spider web & wasp scraper thing and went back over the backyard that he had already sprayed. I was embarrassed that my yard is so neglected in the summer heat months, but Michael didn’t care, he was very kind and I couldn’t have asked for better service!

We've been using Massey for the past couple of years and it has been an amazing experience. Our tech has always been timely, professional and kind. We've had the same tech for the past year, his name is Danny and he delivers great service with a smile, and for such a reasonable price for the year, you'd be crazy not to treat your home/family to this peace of mind! We highly recommend Massey Services and are so very thankful for our tech Danny who goes above and beyond for us, thank you!!!

Danny came to our house on March 28, 2024. He was very nice, polite and asked me if there were any problem areas around the house. He swept the cobwebs from the pool screen and around the house. I told him about the ant problem I was having around the garage and he took care of that. Overall a friendly great guy and I was very pleased with the service that day. I told him I would write a review but it slipped my mind, but today I got around to it. Please let him know I appreciated a job well done with pleasant customer service. Christina

Nicole and Debbie do an awesome job making sure Alton and CJ get to my home anytime I have an issue. The specialist make sure to inspect my lawn prior to service and provide what is necessary to help my lawn thrive.

I've been using their services for a long time. They come quarterly to spray the perimeter of the house, and whenever I need them they spray inside, too. Great service!

I can't recommend this company enough, especially Joanne Zaragoza out of the WPB, FL office #69! She's the best. Very knowledgeable and helped me with my pest problem ASAP! Talked with me after hours and calmed all my worries. They are prompt, took the time to answer questions and are very dependable. I will definitely be spreading the word about Massey :)

Massey is seriously the best! Scott, Caleb, James, and Tim are always so responsive and helpful! We had some turf installed in our backyard and not only did they put back the baits within a week of calling, they replaced them with new ones and did an inspection for us while he was here! Thank you Massey for taking care of our historic home!

My yard was a mess. The fungus already has destroyed 4-5 of my neighbor’s yards.

Initially things got better, but not great.
The manager Tim Wiggins actually met me and my wife to discuss the problems and to figure out a solution and now our yard looks perfect.
This is the first professional service I have ever had.
I should of signed up sooner. Tim is tremendous asset to your corporation.

Nice technicians arrive everyv3 month and do they treatment. Always ask if everything ok, and if we need anything. No bugs, it's what's realt matter.

We were very happy with Mike rescheduling for us twice due to our schedules and he is thoroughly professional. He even finished working while the rain started to pour down!!
