We took our mom to MorseLife for rehab after surgery. We were freaking out after reading these reviews and had the worst expectations. However, the nurses and staff were excellent. They were kind, attentive, and caring. The room and the facility were clean. Every person we encountered was incredibly helpful. She was there for about 10 days and the treatment was consistent. The guards at the gate, the nurses, the case worker, the physical Therapists, absolutely everyone was incredible!

My employee experience:
- The leadership, board members, donors, and colleagues are very supportive of each other and the mission. When you need something, people work to make it happen. We don't operate in black and white, and there's always room for opinions and discussions, which only help to develop us and improve ourselves and team
- Work/Life Balance is fantastic. Being from the hotel industry, it was a huge surprise to work for a company that expects and encourages you to use your PTO and celebrates your personal life. They sent me flowers when I got married, which I could have never expected and appreciated so much. They also send flowers to any employees that experience a family death or tragedy. So caring
- The team of leaders is awesome and they take care of each other. It's a rare thing to see a team function more like a family and communicate well with each other.
- The best part of working here is that you are actually making a positive difference in people's lives. You can see the impact of what you do and how meaningful it is to those we serve and their families.

My stay at Morselife Rehab Center was very good. Ms. Joan, Ms. Jasmine and Nurse Mania were very Kind and Compassionate. They went above and beyond to take excellent care of me during my stay there.👍
My Physical Therapist Chad and my Occupational Therapist Marisel helped me a lot with my therapy. I've improved because of their tremendous knowledge of their profession. They showed me different exercises towards my recovery.👍

With 20/20 hindsight, I am beyond grateful we moved my in-laws here in December 2019.

Everyone — and I mean EVERYONE from the guards at the front gate, the front desk reception, managed care directors, life service directors, dining room attendants, home health aides, and hospice caregivers are EXCEPTIONAL.

If our loved ones were still at home when COVID meant we couldn’t see them, I’d be so much more anxious. Now we have people call us when my 94 yo father falls. They make sure our loved ones are very, very well cared for, and it is a peace of mind that is literally priceless.

My mother was in the rehabilitation center for approximately a month. We were very impressed with the facility and the staff. The physical therapy is excellent and there is a lot for the patients to do. The rooms are very organized, clean and there is a great dietary program. Most of the staff are very kind and professional. My mother really enjoyed her time there.

This facility has been wonderful for my Aunt. She is thriving - enjoying activities, food, staff and residents. When I visit, she is smiling! I sleep better knowing that she is well cared for.
