Lord I came to complain bout my neighbor noise and thank God I did. This baby solia said she leaving .she so sweet help every month with paying my rent online cause Im not good with computers. I will miss her. Hopefully they do something about the noise and get somebody else good like her

The front office was very quick with paperwork and moving into the place wasn’t a problem at all. Very much thanks to Solita who guided me through step by step along the way. Her kindness and patience is admirable. I’m so far liking the environment here.

So far so good- older property but kept up for rge most part !Minor issues but maintenance will fix in a timely manner. Solita is truly a gift very patient- Always so nice .

I like it so far. It’s quite move in was easy Solita helped us a lot - she anlways speak -I even referred my sister. It’s not new but it’s a good price for the size .

We love our new place. Solita was amazing!she's nice and very patient. The property is not the newest but maintained very good. The process was a bit longer than expected but we were kept in the loop. So far so good and they invited us to Thanksgiving dinner in office. I'm satisfied thys far. I recommend this place.

The new mangers are very respectful, and understanding, they are fast at responding. I have been waiting three years for more improvement in my unit and I have finally gotten it. Thank you all. I have not ever seen the previous mangers engaged with their residence but these new mangers are great!

I love Parkside residence the assist solita is amazing she is very professional and polite.Solita is the best she is very helpful,She is always in the office ready to help and assist with any needs.Every time I come she is always there Majority of the time.I highly recommend anyone who is interested in renting from them I recommend Solita 100% She is hands down the BEST.

I really like it here so far - it’s an older place but kept up . Maintenance doesn’t take too long. It was a long process to get approved but Solita was very nice and kept me informed . Dave was also helpful when I first applied. They have events too- I got a my daughter a free backpack for school at the giveaway. Overall it’s a good place to live

They are very concerned about the kids and making the property a safe place. They try their best to keep the appearance of the property up and they are all for helping their clients.

I would like to thank Solita and Denia for their kindness and professionalism. When I previously applied for the apartment the previous staff was very rude, unprofessional, and all over The place. Seems like my application was never submitted However, Solita assure me that she will be with me every step of the way to make sure I was good. Parkside Residences is a wonderful place to find your next apartment. The rooms are spacious with the amenities, nice playground, basketball court, and pool for the kids to enjoy. And the director and assistant director Mrs. Diana and Mrs. Solita are the best they help me threw the moving in process which made it very easy so we are like family now. The best place to find your happy home.

They finally got some good people in the office. Solita is nice and she never lock the door like the last girl. Plus she put in all my work orders for me.and she always put snacks out for us. The new manager I think Denia actually come out and talk to you too .

I put in a service request maintenance arrived did an excellent job. Nice & polite

MS Lambert is very sweet and has been very patient with me and has helped me step by step to obtain my residence …. Even tho i emailed her constantly and thru all that she responded on time and was very very patient with me"-

They are more efficient with handling work orders... New management is great.. they are awesome

Hello I want to say that the staff Solita and Denia are very nice and was helpful to all my needs they listen and were concerned about any issues I was having I strongly believe that good things are yet to come

Since the new management took over things have improved a lot. They have improved the playground, landscaping and the place is so much cleaner. I definitely recommend this place especially for the price.

Very nice apartments and owners they are always willing to help and assist with anything you need help with been here a whole year I love it here I just wish they had washer and dryers inside the home

Been here 4 years, If you need the office they are there.
