Had an issue with my Roll-N-Lock truck bed cover where the paint was starting to flake off on the slide by the lock. I brought my truck in on 4/18/23 and showed Omar. He realized immediately that should not happen in less than a year. He handled it for me by contacting the company and got it replaced for me and five days later I have a new cover. I really appreciate Omar helping me the way he did and walking me through the process of getting this issue fixed and how fast he acted on helping me I will be going back to Reading Truck Equipment in the future because of how great their staff is an especially Omar

Just had installed a hitch on my 2022 Grand Cherokee. They did a great job, it looks as factory installed. The salesman Omar was very helpful in providing the different options and coordinating the installation at the most convenient date. Very profesional and knowledgeable. Very happy with the work done. Fully recommend!

We brought our box truck in to have the left gate repaired after having others look at it and not only did they repair it for less then what I was quoted elsewhere, they also located additional problems and repaired those for me as well. I dealt with Omar in the service department and I will only work with him from this point forward. He was so helpful and stayed on top of our repair and part order. He is a great asset to the company! ! I will definitely recommend them.

My wife got a hitch put on her car and they treated her wonderfully.

She spent a little bit more money because the staff was so friendly and helpful. We went back together, we had an issue with a hitch extender we bought, and the guy handled it beautifully and explained that we got a type 1 hitch and a type 2 extender. He didn't talk down to us and even made it seem like there was no way we'd known.

I brought in my 26' box truck for a quote to have 2 rear swing doors replaced (I had the new doors already) and received a fair and reasonable quote from Omar in the service department, Brought it in and although it took longer than was anticipated it did NOT cost me a dime more than what was quoted. The work was done properly the first time and Omar was very pleasant to work with. No Hassle! Loved the service/installation and would highly recommend them.

Every time I go in I am impressed with the excellent service and quality of work. These guys are the real deal. I own a small business and doing things right the first time is very important to me. Rayside delivers every time. It's nice to know there are still business out there like Rayside that put their customers first.

They were exceptionally nice and helpful. We were from out-of-state and needed lights and mud flaps on the back of the truck to get home. They did it right then so we could be on our way, and the price was very reasonable. Julian Valencia could not have been nicer, more helpful and accomadating. Went to Rayside for purchase and installation of a trailer hitch and bicycle rack for my car. Their services were recommended by a friend and professional who takes care of my car, and who has had several good experiences with their services.
The premises are clean and well organized, and the people are polite, friendly, and efficient. The service was timely, well done (it's been over 2 months and I drove across the nation with 2 bikes behind my car), and fairly priced.

I just purchased a heavy duty trailer from Jacob with Rayside. I bought it here because the last one I purchased elsewhere fell apart. The trailer is fantastic but the service is even better. Decided to put a camper top on my 2010 dodge ram since summer rain was slowing my deliveries of furniture down. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. Ryan was my sales person and he took time to review all options and confirm my purchase. After placing my order was told the ARE z series topper I purchased would take 3-4 weeks. It actually came in 2 1/2 weeks. Overall the paint match the factory did is satisfactory, the install was standard and exactly the duration I was told and the knowledge and resources they have aren't worth going else where.

Overall I'm very satisfied and can definitely recommend rayside.

Last week I was in a bind since my brake controller was not working, and the truck was heading out of state the following morning towing 10k load. I called and spoke to Omar he gave me some advice over the phone with no luck so he said bring it in and I'll will look at it. I don't think he meant now., but I said cool I'll be there in 5. They stayed late, tracked the problem, and fixed it. Hands down this is the best service I've ever had since they went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend Rayside, I trust them with my fleet of truck and trailers.

Excellent customer service. Ryan was very helpful and he provided detailed information about the truck runners I was interested in purchasing for my husband's Chevy Silverado. He took the time to search the web for pictures of a similar truck displaying the runners. I would recommend this store for all your truck accessories.
