Visions at Willow Pond

My son took a job in W. Palm Beach and we were looking for apartments for him. He set up an appointment with a few different places. We visited VISIONS AT WILLOW POND. Kevin gave us information and showed us around the complex. He was very informative and answered all of our questions. He gave us his business card to call him with any questions. We did have some questions after leaving and he answered them. The Visions at Willow Pond are lucky to have Kevin! If everyone there is like Kevin, Visions at Willow Pond will be very successful! Kevin is the reason why we feel our son picked a great place to live!

Needed a place to stay while we were negotiating/renovating our home purchase nearby. Katie and Kevin were extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made it easy for us. No issues at all. Beautiful community. Would recommend! Thanks again!!

I love my new place at Visions of Willow Pond! I’ve been here a little over a month now and no complaints whatsoever! The staff Stephanie, Katie and Kevin are so helpful they truly go above and beyond. Let’s not forget the Maintenance team, they are right on it!! The neighborhood is quiet and gated. There are great amenities such as the 24 hour gym! Valet trash! There is also a walking trail right outside of the neighborhood for active people!! couldn’t ask for anything more, love loveee this community! would recommend it to anyone!!

The office and maintenance staff go out of their way in resolving any problems that you might have. It’s a wonderful place to live at, I feel safe having security gate at the entrance of the complex. Long time resident. # love living here.

This community radiates tranquility, and well-maintained apartments create a serene atmosphere. Kevin from the office gave me a great tour of Arrive Vision's. I was impressed with the variety of floor plans and rental rates, The 1 bedroom units with a den were great! The amenities provided, such as the pool area , tennis courts and gym, enhance the residents' quality of life…The area's proximity to various conveniences and its friendly, welcoming community make Visions at Willow Pond an ideal place to call home.

I have lived here in Visions for a few years now and I can honestly say I love it here.The staffing will look out for you,Upon filing a service/maintenance request,they will respond and resolve it in a timely manner.Any concerns that you may have,the office staff look into it and come up with a reasonable solution to resolve the issue.I have never had an issue with bugs and they do everything they can to upkeep the integrity of the property and community.I appreciate them greatly and I would recommend Visions at Willow Pond to anyone seeking a peaceful,up kept,friendly community to reside within a great location of West Palm Beach.Come check it out!!

We have been extremely happy with Visions at Willow Pond and highly recommend the community. The office staff is amazing! Stephanie helped us when we first moved in and has continued through our residency. She is attentive and always responds when we have questions or requests. Her customer service (along with Katie and Kevin’s) is top notch. Our experience with the maintenance staff has been great also - we have put in requests through the front office and through the resident portal and have received near close to immediate responses for our requests.

I have moved here recently and this place is great to live with spacious apartments. Having ample parking space, quite and secured community with great amenities as well as great and helpful staff who will respond to our every minor issue in time. Believe me this is much better place to live than any other communities in this west palm beach locality

So I just moved from here after 3 years and it was bittersweet. Only reason we left was because we were able to get a house. Otherwise we'd still be there. This place felt like home. From the property management team to the neighbors turned friends everyone was a warm welcome. I've had my issues here over the years but nothing that didn't get handled. Great place for dogs too.
So to Steph and Katie thank you both for everything. This place was great thanks for the memories!

I was a resident of Visions for one year, but left because of a job offer in Miami. But if that wasn’t the case, I would’ve stayed a few more years until the market goes down and buy.
This community is clean, quiet, and the staff is amazing.
If I ever go back to the West Palm Beach area, I will be coming back to Visions at Willow Pond.

Love my new apartment and the employees are very helpful and friendly. Kevin helped me through the entire process making it one of my best moves I ever had. They really make you feel conformable and right at home. Feel in love with m new apartment as soon as I walked in, place is very peaceful and is going to be a great place to raise my daughter. Love it love it love it love it love it

I moved in 2 weeks ago and I must say, the front office staff, the manager and the maintenance staff all made me feel extremely welcomed. Kevin answered all my questions about moving in, provide me with a detailed listing of the requirements. The manager resolved an issue that could’ve had a negative impact on my experience BUT it was addressed and resolved, timely and professionally. Overall, I am impressed and pleased with my entire experience!

I have lived at Visions for almost a year and a half now and I am so grateful to have found this place! My apartment is beautiful and the neighbors are so, so friendly!! Brought me over a carrot cake for Christmas friendly!

I moved down to Florida from New York in January of 2021 and previously lived in a complex by the Outlets. There, I never felt secure. As a female living alone, this place is gated, quiet, and the maintenance staff is responsive, friendly and helpful (management team in general is superb!).

The gym, pool and tennis court on premise are pristine! Even the mailman Frank is an angel!!

I have lived here for two months. Things got off to a rocky start as my apartment had quite a few issues. However, the office and maintenance staff have put in the effort needed to make my home beautiful and comfortable. I am overall very pleased with the community and think highly of the people who made it happen. Joe, the head of maintenance, is always a consummate professional and Sarah in the office is truly kind and pleasant.

I have only been living here for about a week but I'm loving it! I did have a friend who lived here for awhile in a 2 bedroom and he never had a bad experience as well. I just moved into a 1 bed 1 bath and the layout is perfect. Sarah in the leasing office was also very friendly and made everything super smooth. I moved in right away with no problems and apartment was in great shape and clean. Look forward too living here a lot longer.

Every single thing about this place is awesome. Beautiful property, beautiful units, safe and clean AND the staff are the best. I cannot recommend this community enough. The move in process is smooth and living here is as well. Office staff are wonderful (especially Sebastian) and maintenance team is always prompt.

I have lived here since March 2021. Beautiful place, nice sized apartments, and a really good price. This place sits back away from military trail and you wouldn’t even know it is there. It’s a beautiful little hideaway. Also pet friendly with a small dog park. The staff is really great and always says hi when they see me. I’m really glad I found this charming gem in paradise.

I've lived here for 3 years now. It's under new management now. They do a great job at keeping up with maintenance if its needed and they're always taking care of the greenery. The complex is always clean and well groomed. Its supposed to be a gated community and the new owners do seem like they're making an effort to try to make that happen. They fixed the broken gates and put bars up but everytime they're closed someone breaks them again. That's really the only flaw I wish would be fixed. They take good care of the buildings as well.
