Rectal Relief Center

The Relief center was a very professionally run business. They took the time to explain everything and I am totally satisfied in the way things were handled. I highly recommend this practice. I gave the office my credit card to cover my deductible and expenses not covered by my insurance.

I had my follow up appointment with Sheri and I have to say, Im thoroughly impressed with the treatment and very satisfied with the office staff. i’ve had bad experiences in the past with awful staff members in a medical setting, but the ladies at the relief center are fantastic. It seems like most negative reviews are posted for petty reasons, which is why I disregarded them (for example- why WOULDN’T you wear a mask in a hospital/“medical mall”?) They’re respectful, thorough, and to be honest, for me miracle workers- don’t allow these negative reviews from “Karen’s” to mislead you!! I wish I could leave more than 5 stars.

I am leaving a review in behalf of my elderly father-in-law. This center is 100% scam and should be closed down. We went for a consultation back early 2022. Right from the beginning I had a feeling they didn't know what they were doing starting with a receptionist who barely returns calls ending with a female doctor Sheri I beleive. My father-in-law has medical insurance with $5 specialist visit co-pay which is written on the back of the card. Regardless, they asked to pay $250 explaining they need to cover a visit cost in case insurance won't. Ok we went ahead and paid. The doctor only took a look at my father-in-law problem zone and aggressively recommended a mini surgical treatment. We declined and went to another doctor in Delray Beach for the 2nd doctors opinion. We were surprised to say at least that his insurance was changed over $900 for that quick vist and there was a verbiage there for a surgical treatment that wasn't performed ! They did not refund our $245 over payment either. We never ever came there for a second visit or any follow ups despite them calling constantly and annoying us asking to come back for a follow up. Last week which was over 1.5 years after our one and only one visit my credit card they had on file was charged $500 by this facility without any explanation. What a shameful medical practice! I am going to be sure to report them to BBB and to insurance carrier! Stay away from these scammers !

When I made my appointment the person on the phone seemed more interested in COVID symptoms than my medical problem. I am canceling my appointment because they are more concerned with whether I wear a mask than my medical concerns. I have found this throughout the medical community and have been refused treatment because I will not wear a mask. While I can go everywhere else without a mask the medical community needs to accommodate those who wish not to mask.

DO NOT GO HERE! Customer service in non-existent. Was treated here for months for problems, had the Doc do a colonoscopy after my treatment. Ended up moving away and requested medical records to my primary care (who said they never received them) to determine my next colonoscopy date. When I called to have them resent, they Insisted on charging even though the primary care never received the original records. Owner (Shannon) got on the phone and was extremely rude. It’s just another doctors office that treats patients terribly, I’m usually very patient but if I treated my customers like this I would be unemployed.

DO NOT GO THERE. First if all when i went this week, they nurse and Dr was speaking so fast, I asked them to slow down 3 times, no bedside manners, now today i called emergency number, 3 hours passed and NO return calls yet
