I love this Dealer Services of Palm Beach! I am a Tag & Title Clerk for a dealership in Georgia and they are by far the best Agency I have ever used! They have an amazing turn around time, for me at least; two to three days at the most. They are quick and prompt and nothing less of amazing! Whenever I call them, they are always happy to help and very quick in their responses. I will always use Dealer Services!!

By far the best agency I've ever used. Being a title clerk in Ga, it's important to find agencies in different states that are on point. Melanie is awesome and I just love her. Always ready to help when needed and my work is processed soo quickly. Thank you ladies, y'all are AWESOME!!!

I am a title clerk at a dealership in Knoxville, TN. I used this company to register a customer's vehicle that lives in FL. I cannot believe how quick and efficient this company is. This company received the paperwork on Friday and had it to the customer by the following Monday. Highly recommend!

We have been using this office for years and I have never experienced the type of service we experience from them now. It is HORRIBLE! I mean down right just embarrassing. Every time my agents call for updates they are greeted by a rude agent (M). She talks snappy, gets an attitude and puts them on hold for long periods of time. In addition she holds deals with issues for months. We are facing angry customers and legal actions due to a 3rd party company and can not wait to switch. My advice would be to bring back the old team at least they were professional. Leharta was an A1 employee. We never had these kind of issues and this will cause you to lose a lot of business.
