Palm Beach International Airport

Best airport in South Florida. Arrival and departure is so easy. Great signage getting to the airport and once you’re inside. Security is a breeze. If you have to park your car, parking is close to the terminal. If you’re being dropped off there’s so much less traffic here it’s fast and no hassles. Not as many flights but so much easier.

Best airport ever. Never a hassle! Nice clean and easy airport. Update: still the same easy, never crowded, pleasant experience.
If you're picking up, go to the cell phone lot and from there to the terminal is literally 2 minutes. You can scoop your passengers once they're out the door. 5/2024 Departing from this airport is very easy.

I love this place. There are some times where it gets busy but most of the time things run smoothly. I 🧡Starbucks.

They've installed a covered walkway to guide people who have parked in the economy lot. As you leave the air-conditioned building and enter the familiar Florida heat & humidity, you are guided to follow under the new canopy. This thing must be a mile long! This makes it so easy to find the economy parking lot. $7.00 per day.

Nice, cozy airport away from the huddle and bustle of the big cities. The security lines are quick, flights are on time, the personnel is happy, and the airport is mostly clean. It is a bit older than it’s neighboring airports, and smaller, but it’s a great option for those looking at alternatives

Best airport ever. Quick in and out and if you have an hour to kill check out Drive Shack right next door

The Palm Beach Airport is a conveniently located airport on the east coast of Florida. The facilities is well maintained and always clean especially the restrooms. It is easy to be dropped off or picked up. The rental car are a bit involved in that they are located on airport property and need a bus to get back to airport. The Airport offers decent selection of places to eat and have a drink or cocktail, Chili's is a good choice when in Terminal C.

Great, small airport. Checking in and checking a bag is very quick. TSA is also quick and friendly. Prices are a lot higher than other airports in the area but sometimes it’s worth not having to deal with the large crowds and wait times.

This was my first time flying out of this airport. It was very clean and organized. Make a note...if you are scheduled for the first flight out in the morning, the check-in and TSA checkpoint does not open until 4:30 a.m. So, there is no need to arrive 2 hours earlier.

Palm Beach airport is always one of my favorites in terms of the speed of security and the abundance of good seating with plugs.

In the morning, it’s incredibly quiet and essentially empty! In the B terminal, there are several restaurants and shops to get snacks.

Getting to and from the rental car center is easy and efficient.

Never had a bad experience here!

This is an amazing airport facility, from driving, parking to security, everything is well organized and easy to get in and out quickly unlike FLL or MIA. We absolutely love this airport and try to use it whenever we are flying. The check-in process is quick, the walk from parking to terminal is very short. Once you drop off bags, it's one level for departures and TSA there are never any lines! The employees are all patient and polite. Post security there are plenty of food options on each end of the terminal, there is even a pet relief area! Phone Charging areas, plenty of seating and washrooms. Baggage claim is well organized and rental car companies, airline baggage office are all there on the same level.

Flights also take off on time as taxing time is shorter compared to larger airports with multiple runways.

We love PBI airport, staff and facilities. I could not recommend it enough.

We absolutely love Palm Beach international airport! It is by far and away the easiest airport to navigate in South Florida. 10x easier than Lauderdale international airport. And obviously Miami is a nightmare or at least can be.
My only complaint, and I will not dock a star because it happens everywhere, is the airport police.
These people are so drunk on power and they have so little but they maximize it as much as they can possibly get away with. In other words you are not going to be able to sit and wait for anyone. EVER. They will make you leave. The good news is, you don't have to drive around very far maybe a half mile to get back to arrivals.
Same can be said for departures.

We were greeted by a sweet and helpful lady who helped my sister into a wheelchair and guided us to where we needed to go. We also met a wonderful security lady. 10/10!!

It's an airport, so how excited can you really get when giving a rating? 😄
5 stars is because they moved people through security quickly and the airport (including bathrooms) was pretty clean. Staff that I encountered were very nice.

Nice airport, I like smaller airports with less people. Nice restaurants and shops. Great souvenirs. Everyone working there was super nice as well.

I flew into Palm Beach International Airport on March 2nd of this year and out of Palm Beach International Airport on March 8th of this year. Checking in for my flight was a breeze and going throughout TSA was fun. The TSA agents were friendly and super helpful. The one TSA agent gently told me what bin to put my stuff in and I reached for the small one but he pointed to the big one. I responded “sorry this is my first time flying out of Palm Beach International Airport”. He said “you’re fine”. I said “thank you for all that you do to keep us passengers safe”. He then leaned forward and said “sorry honey I couldn’t hear you”. I shouted “thank you for all that you do to keep us passengers safe”. He and his colleagues responded “you’re welcome”. I put my CPAP machine on the conveyor belt. The TSA agent looked at me. I decided to see if I could get him and his colleagues to crack up laughing so I shouted at the top of my lungs “grandma needs her CPAP machine”! He and his colleague started laughing really hard. I said “I had to say something this early in the morning”. That made him and his colleagues laugh even harder. I can’t wait to fly into Palm Beach International Airport again.

Sara had my transaction dialed into the check out register before I even finished getting my bottled water off the shelf and in my cart.

Easy in, easy out. When I'm able to fly in to PBI, I usually choose this airport when I'm in South Florida. It's entirely dependent on where I'm flying in from because there's not always a direct flight from where I am now in Wisconsin, but if there is, I go PBI.

I also had my TSA Pre Check appointment here as it's much less crowded than a lot of other airports. Five stars all the way.
