Bimini Twist

We had a wonderful first time experience at Bimini Twist! Traveling for business had us coming in late so we ordered several appetizers to share and the fish kids dinner(which was huge!). The mussels with the white French style garlic and onion cream sauce - amazing! Handmade coconut shrimp were crispy and fresh- but you only received 4. Conch Fritters with house made creole mustard sauce were yummy. The kids fried fish meal was a huge portion and we changed the fries to sweet potato. We
Tried a couple cocktails as well! The place was packed even at the later hour so service was was good but a little slow understandably.

So many other delicious looking items on the menu - we will be back for a regular dinner!

I’ve seen so many Facebook posts of friends going here for so many years. This month is my boyfriend’s birthday and he chose this restaurant to celebrate. Made a reservation on open table which was easy. When we got there we got seated once the whole party arrived. Our waiter Marlin (god I hope that’s right. I’m sorry if I messed up his name) he was amazing! Super attentive and really nice. The food was 🔥🔥🔥🔥 some of the best food I ever had in West Palm beach. We ordered the large order of Fried Calamari and it was definitely some of the best. The garlic bread they give was so good. My main dish was the White Clam Risotto with Shrimp. That is one of the best risottos I’ve ever tasted. It was definitely new with having clams in the risotto. The clams were cleaned didn’t taste any saltiness. The shrimp was a great add on to it. The sauce was great and had a nice lemon taste to it. I would definitely recommend this place and even go back to it.

I heard great things about Bimini twist and I decided to utilize their space for an event for healthcare workers. Cheryl was AMAZING in helping me plan and coordinate the best event ever. Not only that, she was even able to accommodate last min changes and work with my budget. The event was a great success and everyone LOVED the place. I will definitely be utilizing Bimini Twist for my future events AGAIN! Thank you Cheryl and the team for making my event the best ever!

Service was exceptional. We complimented the waitress and the Assistant to the owner. They were both wonderful. The food was outstanding, three of us had the Salmon in a special Maple Mustard sauce with Spinach Maria on the side. Unbelievably good. The fourth member of our group had a gigantic thick Pork Chop with the same Maple Mustard sauce. Also fantastic. This is far and away the best restaurant we frequent.

The food was exquisite... everything was!

The butter garlic bread was sooo delicious... the salads were great (especially the balsamic sauce)

The seafood platters... Pescatore was soooo good and worth the price!! It was filled to the rim with fresh seafood!!! I highly recommend it!

The kids menu was generous and my son couldn't finish his plates!!

All the food (in the pictures) were amazing and fresh and delicious!

Highly recommend it but it is a bit on the pricey side 😉 but we'll worth it!

Server was wonderful, so sweet and did a great job. She suggested a great wine for my mom and a delicious mocktail for me. We were visiting from out of town and looking for a yummy dinner with a good vibe and that's what we found. Ordered the octopus appetizer which was cooked to perfection. For dinner got the lobster shrimp scampi over linguine which was to die for, lobster was cooked perfectly as was the linguine, sauce was buttery but crisp literally didn't leave a single thing not even the sauce behind. clean plate club. Can't wait to come back and bring my dad. parking was a bit busy and the place was packed on a Tuesday night, you definitely need a reservation. outdoor patio smelled like cigars I recommend indoor seating.

First impressions are the best! I will definitely come back here. The oysters are fresh, and the smoked fish dip delicious. Then bread was nice and warm it came to the table...the entrée unbelievable melt in your mouth tenderloin tips cooked just right! The server(sorry, I don't remember his name). Even though it was really busy, he made sure we had everything we needed. Had to take dessert home.

Never a bad meal. Sat in a small booth by the bar on an early Sunday. Our server was great. Grace under pressure as the a good portion of the kitchen was inoperable. Wait times were a little longer than you would want but that didn’t stop us from having a fantastic time.

I went there for my birthday and Cheryl provided excellent customer service with their new birthday club. They provided me a free dessert, which was their amazing Bread Pudding. One of the primary reasons I keep coming back. The Moscow mule was great and my yellowtail snapper was exquisite. I always go here for my wife and i’s birthday and the new birthday club just reaffirms we will keep on coming!

Celebrated Mom’s 80th birthday here with over 20 people. We cannot say enough what an incredible celebration Bimini Twist hosted for us all. Cheryl is a pleasure to work with, the atmosphere is beautiful, fun and lively, the food was in abundance and delicious!! The service team was on point treating everyone as royalty.
If you are looking for a great date night, ladies night out, showers, graduation or birthday party please consider Bimini Twist ! You will find it far exceeds your expectations.

Cheryl was AMAZING! We decided to do a last minute large party for my mom and she made everything super easy and perfect! The portions were great, and the food was delicious. I brought the decorations and she helped with our setup. I would absolutely recommend Bimini Twist (and Cheryl) for any large parties!

I was searching for places to eat dinner in the local area and Bimini Twist popped up. I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel compelled. The place was super busy and was at capacity. Our server Carly L. was fantastic! The food was excellent but her professionalism and great attitude is what made the dining experience complete. I appreciate a server who does a great job, and she handled our table with a perfect display of relaxed competence. Well done!

WOW! JUST WOW! We found this place by chance after I purchased my new car down the street. We live about 45 minutes south from here, but let me tell you....we would definitely make the drive back for this restaurant! The food was OUTSTANDING! So fresh, came out fast, and was so tasty!!! The calamari came with this yummy mustard sauce, the lobsyer bisque was the best, and the side Caesar salad was not only delicious...it was huge!!! The fish was cooked perfectly, my fathers crab cakes were sooooo good and actually made with 99% crab and not filling! The sweet potato fries were to die for! And our server Connor was a rock star! He was funny, attentive, and really went out of his way to make sure we were happy. He wasn't just an orser taker...he was a true server that truly cared! This place is AMAZING from the food to the service to the ambiance!!! I can't wait to go back!

The food is out of this WORLD. First time here and I ordered the Chicken Risotto.
My guest had the Buffalo chicken sandwich .
We were both sharing.
They make all of their sauces in-house, so even THAT was to die for.
The flavors were so unique, amazing, and different we just kept saying 'oh my god' the entire meal.
Service was outstanding, the waitresses there were such fun and very professional.
Cannot stress enough that this is my favorite restaurant now.

We eat here often. Every time we have excellent service, prompt and attentive management and just an overall wonderful experience. The manager Cheryl is a godsend, who always ensures we have an amazing experience of which we have ALWAYS had here. The octopus is lovely and the drinks are just as professionally prepared. Not too strong but strong enough ☺ Can't go wrong here.... reservations suggested they are typically booked solid. WP.

One of our favorite spots! The food is always excellent and the staff warm and welcoming, even with our infant. The maple mustard salmon is to die for. Their sides delicious. Hubby always gets the scampi (not on the menu anymore but they still make it for him!) and it’s rich and warm. We rarely have room for dessert, but the ones we have gotten are excellent. We come here almost monthly and love it!

WOW! Finally had a chance to check out Bimini Twist and honestly the entire dinner was just perfect! The atmosphere and vibe of the restaurant felt like we were on vacation. The staff went above and beyond with every table making sure everyone was happy. My husband, step daughter and I loved every dish we ordered! We’ll definitely be back soon!

-Crispy Calamari: fresh squid lightly tossed in their specially seasoned flour and fried golden. served with a creole mustard or a marinara sauce

-Chargrilled Octopus: marinated spanish octopus over lemon butter potato. This was amazing!!

-Bangin’ Bimini Shrimp: 7 shrimp slightly fried and tossed their own aioli cream sauce. It’s their own version of the famous bang bang shrimp

-Fresh bread for the table. So warm and great to dip into our soups!

-Escargot with a puff pastry. I have to say, it’s hit or miss when ordering escargot. However, this was definitely a win! One of the best escargot appetizers I have had since tasting them in Paris!

-Ultimate Gourmet Three Clam Chowder: made from ocean clams, sea clams and cockle clams.

-Lobster Bisque Soup: lumps of sweet lobster in a creamy bisque with a hint of sherry.

-Blackened Swordfish with baked potato and rice. My husband said this was the best swordfish he has ever had!

-Key Lime Pie was so good!

-Apple Pie: I have no idea how they could outdo any other apple pie I have ever tasted, but this pie should win awards!!

Great place for a special occasion. Our server was quick and ultra efficient. We appreciated being able to sit outside. Food was fantastic. Thanks for a nice time - I would recommend.

With moving to the area, I started researching and lining up restaurants to visit. Bimini Twist was on the list.
Before you go, make a reservation. Anytime we drove by, we noticed the parking lot was always full. When we arrived (with a reservation) we noted that there were already people waiting for a table - and it was before 6:00! We passed full tables on the way to ours.
There was a sheet with daily chef specials. In addition to that, there are daily drink specials - being Wednesday, it was 20% off a split or bottle of wine.
We each ordered martinis and ordered one of the daily specials as an appetizer - hot crab dip served with house made tortilla chips. The dip itself was about cup size, full of pulled crab, no filler noted, smothered in melted cheese. We devoured it and continued to eat the chips when the dip was done.
Since we were celebrating, we ordered a split of champagne (20% off!) with our meal. I ordered the filet with a topping of crab in bernaise sauce with a loaded baked potato and a side of spinach. My husband had seafood pescatore, "Make it spicy!" he requested, with a side of spinach. We took home most of the sides to finish enjoying another night (they were large.) My filet was done to my temperature request, and very good, though the bernaise was a little bland. My husband loved the pescatore, pleased that the chef had made it spicy as he requested. The portions were large, hence the leftovers.
The atmosphere was vibrant with people happily enjoying the food. There is outdoor seating but outdoor temperatures are not comfortable. We did see some people sitting outside but suspect that was the only way they could get a table.
MacKenzie was a friendly server who was attentive despite covering many tables.
We will be visiting Bimini Twist again.
