Clarion Inn & Suites Miami International Airport

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. The service was excellent. Even though I checked in at midnight, the gentleman at the desk was very patient and kind. The room was perfectly clean and no evidence of six legged "friends" anywhere.
The shuttle was very convenient. At the airport, I missed the first one that came by because there was another bus in the bay, and I guess the driver didn't see me waving. The one leaving in the morning left promptly on time.
The property has many amenities, including a business center, fitness room, small arcade, car rental, and cafe (which I didn't use because I arrived too late at night and got up too late). It's walkable distance to an IHOP though, which met the purpose.

Everything was totally fine for what you are paying. If you come into this hotel thinking the bed won’t be creaky, or the AC won’t make funny noises, or the safe in the closet be a little too rusty, and the clock 10 minutes off, don’t come you snob… If you think all of this is fine… we did too. The front desk was friendly, we slept good, and we left to the airport at 5am in the included shuttle. Great deal!

This place is all you need. If you're visiting from anywhere, it is right across the airport, there's a tour company and car service right in the hotel, there's laundry services. Rooms are cozy enough. Gym facilities are adequate. I wish I knew earlier. Might not be close to the beach, but there's also a bustop right in front of the hotel in case you don't want to use the hotel service. Trust me whenever I recommend a hotel. This place is a good place!

The rooms and bedding was clean, comfortable - and the room was large and comfortable. For budget accomodation - well on par.

Great staff, clean room, and convenient location. The restaurant has very reasonable prices and good food... pretty much a win win. The BAD is the crime in the parking lot BEWARE... multiple cars have been stolen, catalytic converter thefts, AND multiple break INS have occurred during our stay

I just have a question. I will stay in that hotel in February 2024 - how can I use the free shuttle service from Miami airport, what is advertised in the hotel webpage? Is there a bus stop somewhere in the airport, where I should wait? Or should I call to the hotel and ask them to send the shuttle?

The hotel was clean. Our room was very nice although we got there at nine in the morning. We weren’t able to check in till three in the afternoon for some reason the stuff was really great courteous and it was one girl that was just starting and there was a line of people and I was trying to tell her somebody drop their room card on the other side of the couch. She was so rude she kept telling me I need to get in line she can’t help me she’s new and I’m thinking you don’t know how to go pick up a room card off the floor, she was so worried about her hair and kept putting her hand on her mouth. I realized when we first started a job it’s tough for all of us, but I think she could handle that. She was so rude. The rest of the place was great.

We did not stay here but costumer service was amazing.
We were looking at rooms on Priceline, we tried to book with another hotel and Priceline switched us to Clarion and automatically put us staying there and charged our credit card. Priceline didn't want to refund our money or put us in the hotel we wanted. They said they had called Clarion several times, but no one at Clarion had no knowledge of any such calls. The manager from Clarion, Susie, was amazing and extremely helpful. She said we wasn't the only one's they have done this too, but she did get our refund.

I’ve stayed here on two occasions for the weekend. Both times, the rooms have been clean and there are even cups and a refrigerator that is able to be used. The windows are nice to let lighting through and the housekeepers as well as the front desk workers are all very nice. There is good parking and this is a good location. The price is amazing as well.

No concerns at all with this hotel. Rooms are very spacious. Has a restaurant on-site was able to enjoy their happy hour. Also has on-site store which had all needed necessities. I prepaid my room, & was told no deposit was needed which was also an unexpected surprise. Even had a shuttle to the airport

Stayed here last month and would definitely again. The hotel is so convenient to the airport, the room was clean and comfortable (ESPECIALLY the pillows!), the price was reasonable and the customer service - absolutely exceptional! The manager (Frank) went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service to myself personally and the small group of friends I was there with.

For a 2 star hotel I really felt it was really good. The room and bathroom was clean. The cleaning was done everyday. And the staff at front desk were accommodating and polite. Just a good place to stay, get ready and get out for exploring Miami if you are not looking for anything over the top.

I am very satisfied and happy. The room is huge, the bed is comfortable, huge TV. The room you can run around is so huge. There is also a drinks freezer, microwave, refrigerator, sofa, two large windows and a great view from the eleventh floor.

This hotel was nothing what I expected. It has a full restaurant and friendly staff. There's a arcade room, convient store, fitness center, laundry room, and so much more! In walking distance to the gas station and shopping center. Most importantly the staff had the utmost customer service. And they welcome surgery clients! They treat each guest like a V.I.P. I would definitely come back and recommend to anyone having cosmetic surgery. Also the hotel is with in ten min from surgery centers. I had to share a room so we needed 2 beds. This room was HUGE, CLEAN and COLD! 🤣🤣 I was surprised! microwave in room also. I will be using this hotel again. They even had a captains closet for early arrivals. Staff was great!!!

The Staff. Wow. Extra supportive. I was on a business trip. I have arthritis. We had to fill out a number of questions needed for my to complete my Merchant Account transfer. The Merchant Car Company required Four (4) rewrites. The clerks at the front desk took the time to write for me. I offered them a pizza on me for lunch and they refused say it was not necessary

The restaurant has very nice food. From chicken Parmesan to wings. Excellent service and each meal made fresh.

Miami Springs is a better part of Miami. one side of the hotel overlooks a beautiful Golf Course, and the other looks at the Airport. Rooms are absolutely quiet.. Nice powerful clean bathrooms. Even the cleaning staff was very helpful to come in .

Upon our early arrival from key largo the manager of the hotel had no problem finding us an open and clean room! He was very hospitable and we were so impressed with how quickly and willing he was to accommodate us. Not only that we ended up with a larger room than expected - excellent management !

The fact that it has a cafe and it's not far from the airport just incase you missed your flight through no fault of your own and no hassle to get to the airport to continue your flight
