AT&T Store

Christian did an exceptional job in assisting me with my phone-related issues. Not only did he successfully resolve the problem, but he also provided me with valuable information regarding its functioning. His expertise and willingness to help were truly commendable. I am grateful for his assistance and the informative experience I had while interacting with him.

Brianna was the best and most helpful. I stopped in after a morning of mishaps, it was one of those terrible, no good, very bad days.

I was in town for an event when we needed to replace a phone. Long story short, I couldn’t wait until returning home to replace it and purchased a refurbished phone at an authorized electronics chain store who told me they couldn’t help activate the phone and were not helpful…even though, we do this at the same store in our market.

Brianna was kind and walked me through the setup steps, checked to see if they had cases or other things needed for the phone.

She helped turn a bad day around and genuinely tried to help me.

The other employees were also really nice also. Can’t recommend this location enough.

I’ve been coming to this store for years. Today was quite busy, but customer service agent took my name and I was seen by Luis.
Very knowledgeable, helpful and respectful.
I’ve never had any problems at this store and all phone or internet issues have been resolved professionally. Great job guys.

Service is quick. Lot of representatives to help. They were super helpful. No significant wait times anyways, its no busy in the evenings.I was out within no time after collecting my new mobile and they helped me set it up quickly.

I went to the AT&T located at 7727 S. OBT - and had Luis R help me with some crazy phone issues on the evening of 10/3. He was able to fix a part of the problem (it was closing time) and told me I could come and see him if what he suggested didn’t work and the problems continued (I am not techy) Next day I’m back and Luis takes his time to resolve everything that was wrong …. He was patient knowledgeable and explained everything as he did it. He also made sure to greet the customers as they entered the store and made sure that everyone was told how long the wait could be. I can’t say thank you enough to Luis R.

I must say… this has been the GREATEST experience I have ever had with a phone company in my life! Briana provided me exceptionak service. She was attentive from the moment I entered the door, she greeted me so politely and provided me with information every step of the way. She listened to my concerns sincerely, her customer service is impeccable and she really is wonderful at her job. Briana is a true example of what every client and employer needs from a Retail Sales Consultant. I was so stressed when I walked in, she sat with me for almost 2 hrs to assure I received a new device and made it her duty to help me in every way she could. Briana I cannot thank you enough and I truly appreciate you. AT&T has a lifelong customer in me and I will be sure to always recommend the Skyview location specifically to all of my friends and family members or anybody who I speak to. This store is amazing. Elizabeth helped me out as soon as I walked in, is very knowledgeable in her job & overall a great experience in resolving my SIM card failure. I will be returning for any other cellular services. 5/5 service!

Five Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m not gonna lie when I first walk in, I thought my wait time was gonna be a little longer than it was because it was a little busy. BUT I was help in a timely manner. Joel ( I hope I’m spelling his name right ) Let me start off by saying he have phenomenal customer service (Co-workers take notes 😂 jk) He was very attentive and I like the fact he didn’t rush when putting on my screen protector. He made sure it was no air bubble or lint left behind. He informed me on the AT&T sale; Mind you I just came in there to transfer my number to my new phone. I left with a phone case, screen protector & mag lock powerbank 😂😂. Overall I’m definitely pleased with my experience here, because sometimes coming in a phone store be a headache. I will most definitely be back and if you guys are in the Orlando area and looking for an AT&T store. Go there you won’t be disappointed…. Even if it’s packed they move fast so you won’t wait long.

Honestly this was the best representative that has ever came to my home he was very professional kind hearted person who knew the job to its entirety. He did not leave my modem wires looking all crazy key hook everything nicely onto the edges of my home and made all the connections necessary for my wife's new job I really appreciate this man and hope he can continuously bring that great customer service to others
