A visit to Flagler Memorial Park to take care of necessary family business was met with a most pleasant surprise from the extreme kindness of their personnel.
I had an appointment with Ms Gladys Abilli, who made me feel at ease immediately. Her manners, professionalism and knowledge of her business made my visit a pleasant one.
I definitely give kudos to this wonderful person whom I highly recommend.

I wanted to take the time to leave a review. Last month I had to use the services at Flagler Memorial to place my Mothers ashes in her final resting place, my Father has been there for the last 12 years, in the process I had the pleasure to work with Gladys Aballi as my immediate contact to help me with the process, it was an amazing experience, she help me with all the necessary paperwork and walked me thru everything, in the process I met Jacnery the manager of the Cemetery, she was very supportive and made me feel safe and cared for. One of the hardest processes my family and I had to face, however Jacnery, Jamie and Sergio made the process a lot easier and smoother. We had encountered an obstacle and no one would help us, but they did. They took the time to help and treat us like people that were grieving our loss. Not a # not a $, actual people. We’re grateful that they were able to help us in one of our darkest moments.

I would like to say ,Thank you so much to the whole staff this was the first time for now I've had to deal with a cemetery hopefully I won't have to deal with death in a while respectfully, but besides my pain, I want to say thank you to the whole staff they were super sweet to me and my mother to my whole family. Angie was a great help to us during such a horrible time in our lives. She was kind and understanding throughout the entire process. I’ve never felt more weak in my life, but she gave us comfort and strength. She answered all of our questions and advised us on the decision making for my loved one.

My mom is resting in a niche on the cemetery, it’s a peaceful and beautiful place that has sentimental value to me and my brother. Gladis assisted us with the entire process and all the arrangements, she even put fresh flowers on the niche flower holder when it was ready. For this we are very grateful. She along with all the other staff members were extremely kind and helpful. Prices were fair and reasonable. Highly recommend you visit this place and consider it if you are looking for a location for a loved one to rest and become a part of Miami history. May my mom and all that rest here continue doing so in peace

Very good experience, all staff were very helpful and kindly. The counselor Angie were very professional, helped us in all our concerns, and did an amazing job.

My beloved mother recently passed away and before she passed she had given me specific instructions on her burial. Our entire family is buried at Flagler Memorial Park so I contacted the people there. I was very happy to meet and be counseled by Angie Nunez. I explained to her my mother's wishes and Angie was extremely helpful in fulfilling my mother's last requests and also helping me cope with my sadness. Angie was extremely patient and accommodated all my last minute requests to meet with her. I highly recommend Angie and Flagler Memorial Park.

I visited recently to get information on adding to the family plot. My wife and I we're assured by Angie this was a simple process. Not only was it easy to plan ahead, their prices were affordable and honest! My wife and I and others will be seeking Angie, as I recommend to everyone from now on, to spend their eternal life in Flagler Memorial! I recently have been dealing with Angie at Flagler Memorial, resolving an unusual situation with a family burial plot.
She went one step beyond helping me with all this complicated procedure, which was resolved much to my satisfaction.
I highly recommend her and the helpful staff at Flagler Memorial.

In the midst of suffering, it is blessing to meet people that are compassionate, kind, and helpful; it was a pleasure to have been received by David, who spoke perfect English, and demonstrated all of the above attributes. He was attentive to my mother by walking her to the car, opening the door, and helped her get seated as we were leaving. A week later, my mother received a beautiful condolence card in the mail from David. I am glad that my father's final resting place will be taken care of by a professional and thoughtful staff.

The service was more the we could ask for , All the staff was very helpful and professional .Jacnery Pazo and Sergio handled every detail of my family service with the utmost care and compassion . There kindness during such a difficult moment is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten.

We encountered a last minute situation and were able to get through it thanks to the professionalism, compassion and empathy that Mrs. Jacnery Pazo, Office Manager at the Flagler location exhibited. She was an absolute Angel who provided us the guidance and tranquility needed to lay our loved one to rest in the manner she deserved. Mrs.Pazo is an absolute gem and truly knows her job as well as the importance & delicacy of it all.

Sergio Piccicacco and the entire staff at Flagler Memorial Park were incredible. He coordinated and handled our loved one with dignity, care, and respect. Thank you Sergio for coordinating everything so that it was really simple for us. Everything was handled correctly and smoothly. We thank you for all you did for us. We can now have peace knowing that my father is now truly at rest
