Dr. Rubinowicz and his entire staff were very kind, caring and responsive. In a time of great uncertainty and fear, it was comforting to work with such a knowledge and competent doctor and team. I will definitely refer him to my own patients in the future!

He is an amazing doctor! He has treated family members, all with fantastic results. The office is great. You get in at the appointment time, you don't wait! You are not just a number when you go to this doctor and office.

I called and made an appointment with Dr Rubinowicz while I was in an examination room at another local Urology association, it was a cattle call, being herded from one room to the next very unprofessional . I doubt they missed me when I got up and left. Dr. RUbinowicz diagnosed me operated on me a week later and 10 days after that I was up walking around with no problem I had a large hydra cell. I would not hesitate to recommend this man for any problems to anyone .

Dr. Rubinowicz has been monitoring my husband who has the beginning stages of Prostate Cancer since last year.
He’s very thorough and takes the time to answer our questions. Treats my husband with. compassion what I appreciate us wants to make sure your educated about any procedure.

Though his staff is unfriendly, there professional and proficient in following up in all his tests.

The office staff here is extremely rude and unprofessional. I had someone call me to question me with an attitude because I decided to change doctor and they realized I changed my referral. They speak to you on the phone as if they dont want to be there STAY AWAY! I'm a member of the Army and was treated this way

Disappointed with lack of continuity in appointments. Dr didn't seem to have any memory or notes from previous meeting. Confrontational and short. Will not go back.

Molly is very unprofessional. Wish I could give zero stars. You can't even get a catheter change there. Guess there isn't enough money in it. The hell with patient care. Don't waste your time. Go anywhere else!
