Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Airport

Had an enjoyable stay prior to our cruise. Was able to do digital check in and check out, room was clean and TVs were huge for the room. Shower was good though water didn't get very warm. They have a daily welcome party with free drinks and snacks from 5-6:30pm, and free hot made-to-order breakfast in the morning, both of which were excellent. We had amazing value out of our stay. The staff were friendly and attentive. Outdoor pool and hot tub looked smaller than pictures, but we didn't use them. Would definitely stay here again!

We love this place!! Excellent customer service, respect and kindness from the staff here. Fritz and the team cook up made to order, fresh and delicious omelettes every day (God bless you all). There’s also real bacon, hot hash browns, oatmeal, pancakes, cereal, guava juice, wonderful coffee - a breakfast heaven with anything you can think of. We stay here whenever we visit Orlando. It’s near the airport - they give you rides to and from the airport. You get large well appointed rooms. It’s a beautiful, reasonably priced hotel with excellent accommodations and staff.

We had a rough day of travel and arrived super late (or early depending on your perspective of when morning starts). The front desk staff made us feel super welcome and took great care of us. They even reimbursed our cab fee because the shuttle wasnt running when we arrived. I can’t say how much it meant, after such a long day, to have that welcome. The overnight staff is phenomenal and we’d gladly come back anytime we are in Orlando

Excellent stay. Great room. Terrific food. I liked that way that the breakfast buffet was not self-service, therefore safer. Please thank Cecie at the front desk for her kind hospitality and assistance when I ran into a personal emergency. Renee was a great help behind the scenes as well even though it happened to be Cecie whom I personally saw most frequently based on the timing when I was passing by her at the front desk. She truly put my mind at ease. I hope that whoever is reading this informs her of my sincere thanks.

The customer service at this location was impeccable. Renee at the front desk and Keith in the bar were very kind. I was not feel well during my stay and they, along with other staff made me very comfortable. The free made to order breakfast was very good, the room were clean. They also had a free reception where you get two drinks and snack, I did not attend so I can say how it was. I will definitely stay here again

Nice, clean hotel with spacious hotel rooms and friendly staff. Great cooked to order free breakfast and free Happy Hour drinks daily.

Located within walking distance to a few restaurants and movie theater. Pie Pizza was delicious that was a 10 minute leisurely walk from there. Very convenient, safe area, and only 5 minutes from the airport with free shuttle service.

I did have to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up at airport and only one elevator was working while there. Only cons of the stay. Despite that, all else was nice

This chain is a great value. You get a suite with separate living and bed rooms and free cook to order breakfast for a very reasonable price. The value is pretty good, specially if you travel with your family. Rooms are always clean and comfortable and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Hard value to beat.

Great room! The suite was comfortable and service was very accommodating! Staff was friendly and welcoming. The conference room was very nice and technical assistance was very helpful.

Hotel had everything we needed. I wish both elevators were working. Service and staff were top notch and I hope that we will be able to return. Only good things to say about this facility.

Great place to stay. Convenient and close to airport. All kinds of restaurants around within walking distance. Will recommend to family and friends.

The staff went out of their way for us the entire stay! We were involved in a car accident the day of check in, and they were wonderful at making sure that our room was close to the elevator due to my husband's broken ribs, helped me get breakfast up to our room every morning, and allowed us a little extra time the day of checknout to accommodate us. Very clean rooms! Breakfast was delicious! We will be back!

Just stayed here a little bit over a week ago! My stay was excellent!! The location, the rooms, the service, I can go on and on. For the price it is well worth the stay. Very clean! But what made our stay the best was the front desk service from Zero!! He was the absolute best! He made our stay even better! And the icing on the cake the omelet we had for breakfast!! 🤭 there best!

Great location, restaurant in-house plus many others near by. Rooms are big, clean, neat, quiet, and comfortable.

Our flight was delayed so we had to find a place to sleep for the night. This one came up. It was fairly cheap but for the price we paid we found everything to be great! Rooms are a little outdated but we were only there for sleep. Parking was a little difficult even though we had a parking permit. But over all we had a good experience and the staff was very nice.
