Courtyard by Marriott Miami Airport West/Doral

Loved this hotel! Clean, quiet & comfortable! We stayed here the day before our cruise and the day we returned. All was lovely! Very friendly, helpful staff.

Close to the airport, good sound proofing so jets flying closely overhead cannot be heard. Small Bistro with a very helpful staff who go out of their way to please even when they are running out of stuff in the evening

I stayed here one night for a layover in Miami. I loved it! Some rooms have balconies and you can watch the planes arrive, which is so fun. Everyone who works there was wonderful. I didn’t use the pool but it’s a lovely courtyard with tables and plants. Highly recommend! Wish I could have stayed longer.

Place was nice, clean and modern. The customer service was on point. It was pleasure staying there for 30 days. Loved it and enjoyed the hot the free breakfast everyday.

Great location and they provide a shuttle to the cruise port. They also have a park and cruise package which was a great deal. I called 4 times and got 4 different people regarding leaving my car at the hotel while we were on our cruise and all of them said the same thing and reassured me that my car would be fine. We were gone 11 days and upon return my car was indeed fine. We will definitely use this Courtyard Marriott when we cruise from Miami again.

I stay here once a month when traveling from Miami airport and always have a comfy bed, clean room & great service. The staff are so accommodating even when my travel plans go awry. Kaitlyn (spelling?) at the front desk is so wonderful, friendly and helpful. Will continue to stay here every time!

Man oh man, the staff of this hotel need an award. I evacuated here very last minute with my two dogs to escape Hurricane Ian. Not only did they let me check in obscenely early, but they also let me have some input into my room, floor, etc. This has been an extraordinarily stressful time for all, and the hotel is absolutely chock full- the staff has been incredibly dedicated through all of that, and has dealt with all our stress without complaint, even as their own homes are under Tropical Storm threat. Anything asked for has been delivered, all front desk staff lent an ear and a shoulder to cry on, and have dealt with all of our uncertainty with a smile, patience, and above all, kindness and empathy. Marriott, you should be proud of your staff. Give all these people a raise.

I stayed here for a total of eight days and all I have to say is they deserve every one of these stars I am leaving. I’ve stayed here 10+ times and never had a bad experience. Pool, gym, & all facilities are always clean. Room has never been dirty. I always ask for a private balcony and there’s always one available. Super secluded if you ask for a balcony room in the back of the building. Front desk staff is the best I’ve ever dealt with at any hotel. Very professional and accommodating for my family every time.

We have stayed here on different ocassions. Very clean and nice hotel. Rooms were comfortable and dated. Everything was in good shape. The pool patio is nice, clean and provides showers and towels. The staff is extremely nice, efficient, helpful and comprehensive all the time. Great experience!

My husband stays at this hotel fairly regularly when visiting Miami on business. I stayed there with him this past week and was very comfortable there. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Every single staff member I had any communication with was pleasant. I also like their shampoo and body wash. They are in large pump bottles attached to the shower walls and smell divine. No dealing with all those tiny bottles trying to read which is which and not as much wasted plastic. Plenty of parking as well. Our room faced the pool which is pretty and nicely landscaped.

Spent one night passing through the area after a long flight. I appreciated its proximity to the airport; close but not to close. The reception staff treated me like a Marriott Gold Level King. I was really impressed with the treatment and appreciated the room upgrade. The room was clean and very comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the room and amenities.

We have stayed multiple times in this hotel, staff is extremely nice and helpful all the time, rooms and amenities are clean and spacious. The pool is a great place to relax. there was fantastic! The staff were very friendly. Extra comfy beds with LOTS of pillows! And the little lotion bottles they gave smell wonderful. we stay here for four days for business it’s very nice hotel The housekeepers are very nice women’s we are from Georgia when we come back to Miami we are definitely staying in this hotel. The people from the front desk are very nice to.

Very friendly guest staff. Free shuttle from the airport, my driver was great!. Nice room, the king bed was so very comfortable . I didn't have the opportunity to use the pool, or lounge in the hammocks but the area looked welcoming. It is close to the airport, but didn't have a lot of aircraft noise. I'll stay with them again.

The staff are really on the ball. Kaitlyn (sp?) Was especially helpful after our disaster of a flight in.
Protip: if you need the shuttle at odd hours (like 1am) call the front desk and let them know you're waiting.
