EB Hotel Miami

Clean rooms, good service. We were locked out of our room a couple times because we were keeping phones and key cards together - so be aware. Plus, this location has a good late night restaurant, perfect for travellers who just arrived

I was given a task, I was given the decision to pick a spot for easter lunch and I bit the bullet as I was not sure what to expect! Boy was I pleasantly surprised! What a spread of food, drinks, music and desserts! the attention to detail from the servers, chef's every single person was on their toes! The food was top notch. Highly recommend Miranda Restaurant, which I found out are open every day a week, will definitely be coming back soon, this is place to come back again. Thanks EB Staff for saving my Easter Brunch our families new eatery!

Lovely hotel used for a pre-cruise stay. It was hands-down the nicest property I have ever stayed at in the area. The rooms were huge and well-appointed.
The restaurant on site had a great menu and the food was delicious! The staff were very, very nice and professional.

We had left some items behind and they had carefully put them in a safe place and logged them so it was easy for them to look up, verify and retrieve. When we went to get the items post-cruise they invited us to use the common areas of the hotel for the day and the shuttle back to the airport.

I very much recommend them, well worth the extra few dollars per night!

The EB hotel was an absolutely wonderful stay! The room was nice and clean with apparent attention to detail. Every single staff member was welcoming and sure to provide excellent customer service. Definitely recommend passing by the bar and grabbing a delicious cocktail. We tried the Strawberry Pisco Sour and it quickly became a favorite. Also recommend stopping by their restaurant for some good eats. It is conveniently located by the airport and I cannot wait to stay there again!

We had an 8 hour layover and stowed luggage here with stasher, and they were so helpful. They let us relax in the lobby which was a godsend. Special thanks to Yuri at the bar for helping me get hot water to wash baby bottles. The hotel is also beautiful, would definitely stay here.

We didn’t reserve a shuttle and our flight arrived at midnight- yikes! However, I called the front desk and Diego was able to accommodate us with a shuttle pick up! Upon arrival he greeted us and made sure we were all set for a quick but restful evening. Next day we headed down to the restaurant, sat at the bar and Viviana welcomed us with open arms and mimosas! You can’t start a Miami visit without a refreshing cocktail! Apparently she overheard me asking my partner if he’s ever had a Canadian old fashion (specialty drink on the wall) and a few minutes later asked if he’d like to try one! It was great! She was engaging, asked about us told us about herself and made it feel like we knew each other!

Brenda, the Director of Catering and Tanya Paez are amazing! Very professional and attentive.. Their time of response is A+ I've hosted several events at the hotel and every time, they just keep getting better and better. This was our first time staying at the EB. It is a great hotel. The lobby and lobby bar are are both very elegant. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room,... oh my. We stayed in a deluxe suite and it was outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel if you are needing to be near MIA.

Distressed? More like Trust-De-Prostress

Delayed going through Customs and the connecting flight lines, Joy at the American Airlines rebooking desk lived up to her name, a joy to speak with. She recommended we stay at EB Hotel, we trusted the process.

They have a shuttle to bring you to the property directly from the terminals. And BRAULIO at check in....oh wow, he absolutely brought us back to vacation mode upon arrival and the reason I'm leaving this review.

The rooms were as immaculate as the vibes in South Beach which is not far if you want to make a day or night of your layover. Neither was the Wynwood Art District which is worth a visit if you get stuck at Miami Airport on a layover.

If you're like me, you want to try the food in town, but to save some time (and honestly some money too) the hotel's restaurant has some great food. We ordered the Rock Shrimp, Salmon Ceviche, and Taqueños and they were the perfect sharables for me and my girlfriend before a quick night in South Beach.

We didn't know about EB Hotels before, but they quickly turned into our go-to for Miami Airport stays or anywhere they might operate.

Thy environment of this establishment was Exquisite the location is safe and feels calming, professional people like mis, Viviana that served us with kindness and compassion. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed very beautiful. Excellent place.

From the moment you walk in you can feel you are important to the staff. They go the extra mile in everything they can. I was going through a very tough personal situation and they were very empathetic and helped me forget. Aurelio is a gem. He treats you like family and truly cares about you and making your stay exceed every expectation you may have. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The atmosphere is great, the rooms are incredible. I took the best shower and had the best sleep I've ever had. The mattress has pressure adjustment on each side of it, so that you and your significant other can make it as soft or as firm as you like. I'd give everything 10 stars if I could. Thanks again to everyone, specially Aurelio, and I wish you the best for the future. Take care.

#1 - the people are WONDERFUL. Two special ones were Janet and Gianni, but everyone there made a great impression. Not only made us feel welcome, but also human. Eye contact, kindness, going out of their way to be helpful.i would hire them all for my business. The people made our experience an excellent one.
#2 - the bed was VERY comfortable, and the down pillows a big treat. There was another non-down, firmer, pillow in the closet, which we also enjoyed. Great quality bedding and towels in general.
Nice minibar, but such low lighting that it was hard to see to make the coffee! Would recommend a small lamp there and some form of milk be added for the coffee?
#3 - the restaurant and bar had great service, but the kitchen let's them down. Cold poached eggs and lukewarm soup were the two stand-outs. All food prepared correctly, but lacking that little bit extra that everyone else was putting in.
This could be due to staff shortages and/or hotel policies/budget constraints. Just seemed a shame.
#4 - CLEAN! Hurrah for the lovely cleaning people!
All in all a 9/10. We will be back 💖

The EB Hotel Miami is the best kept secret at the Miami airport. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The bedding is to die for. I even ended up purchasing the same pillows for home. The shower is like having your own spa and the rooms are very well insulated, no noise from the outside. You can't even hear the airplanes. The staff throughout the hotel is very accommodating and always welcoming and pleasant. The restaurant has great food and service. This is also a good place to stay if you are going to a cruise, only 15 min away from the port. Highly recommend.

The overall experience while staying at this hotel was amazing. Everyone was super friendly and helpful especially Viviana. She was so attentive and friendly and made us all feel welcomed.

Fantastic Hotel. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very spacious and very well appointed and quiet. The shower is as good as it gets also very clean. Food in hotel great with great presentation. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a great stay!

Having never been to Miami, we took a chance at this hotel. It is affordable, beautiful, and the staff have been extremely hospitable. We arrived early from the airport, and they let us check in early, as well as upgraded our suite! We have already booked another stay for after our cruise is finished, and we are so relieved to know we are in good hands. This group of Kentuckians appreciates you! We will definitely return in the future.

Viviana was super friendly at our meals. She took great care of us, she is very attentive and helpful. It was an overall a very positive experience.

It’s comfortable, luxurious, secure, location is great to be ib a jiffy at the airport and they have a great parking at the hotel. Cocktails are great, coffee as well, service is perfect. Rooms are big and bathroom is excellent.
