Sheraton Suites Orlando Airport

The team was so kind to let us check in early after getting off our cruise. It made it so much easier with our 1 year old. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient and all of the Christmas decorations were super fun! We were super happy with our room size & quality for the price. The location is in close proximity to many nice restaurants as well.

This hotel was great for our last minute stay. Price was a little high but they have a 24/7 airport shuttle which was extremely clean. All of the workers we interacted with were very pleasant. Breakfast not included in all rates and is $18 for the hot breakfast buffet and $14 for the not hot buffet. Cannot speak of the area because we just used it to sleep.

Absolute best! I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. Everything I needed was provided.
The soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion provided, made a great ending to my day. Smells amazing! My flight was cancelled and I was only supposed to be gone for a day. I didn't pack any of the extras I needed.
The bed and pillows were very comfy! The cherry on top of my day... The dinner and bar was open. I was starving and so happy to be able to relax with a glass of wine and real food. The bartenders were so nice!
I also had my small dog with me. I had to pay a $100 non-refundable fee but totally understand and didn't mind.
They provided a shuttle to the airport the next day.
Very happy with my stay and highly recommend!

Quiet rooms, nice hotel. 10/10 would stay again. Staff was friendly. My only complaint overall was that the walking path stops at the next door hotel Ramada and not here at the Sheraton. There is a beautiful pond with a safe walking path and it seems to just miss the Sheraton. In the name of safety it would be great to see that added. Otherwise 10/10.

Great place to stay for a nite or longer. Very nice restaurant! Had a delicious burger made to order. Well appointed rooms, lobby, and restaurant. Joshua at the restaurant was very friendly and professional as were the check-in agents.

My only recommendation would be to have laundry soap in the laundry room. I had to make an extra trip to the front desk. Not a huge inconvenience but would be nice for others who stay here. Thanks so much!

I've been staying at the hotel for an employee seminar with my job, and I can say the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The staff is so hospitable and kind. They are very attentive and clean. Ms. Latifa in the Cafe makes THE BEST coffees, hands down - almost like she came from Starbucks royalty. It's always nice seeing her there nice and early in the morning. Will definitely be coming back for a leisurely stay.

My stay there was wonderful! From the 1st day when I checked in; I was greeted with smiles and enthusiasm. Jodie Ann, Christine, Sophie and the other front desk associates were lively, spirited and very pleasant to encounter.
In housekeeping; Miss Rosa and Celia were just two of the vast number of delightful staffers. Mr Tito P.; along with others kept the hotel running smoothly. This was done under the excellent management of Miss Xiomara and Mr Emilio.
I give special thanks and recognition to our morning hostess; Ms Latifa. Every morning she seemed like she took care of me personally. Her warmth, kindness and attentiveness promotes a feeling of home.
These staff members along with a host of others made our stay incredibly memorable! The care, consideration, and hospitality I experienced made me feel like I wanted to stay longer! Thank you.

The location of this hotel is great since you're always tired after a flight. It's a very quick drive from the airport to the hotel. Staff is super friendly and they always have good recommendations for local restaurants. I stay here pretty much every time I come to Orlando.

Some of the greatest people work behind those counters here at the Sheraton suites hotel, everyone was awsome and catered to every need. This is what great hospitality looks like ever hotel should have service like this. Three star rooms with five star customer service grade A.

Nice clean hotel. Spacious rooms and very close to the airport with shuttle service. Big TVs as well. We'd definitely stay here again.

Close to the airport and very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy check in and out. Good food . Beds are very hard in our opinion, kind of like sleeping on the floor, very little give, I certainly didn't expect that (as I am a BonVoy member and owner, never thought that would be a concern??).

Absolutely great room! Spacious, beautiful, and felt luxurious. The hotel decor and design is beautiful in general. Free shuttle to and from the airport which made traveling so much more convenient! The service was decent, but only 1 associate at the front desk so multiple people checking in had to wait.

We stayed here for a day before continuing our vacation.

I can't express how impressed we were with everything from the staff to the rooms to the quality of the food, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner and they were all great.

Our room was very spacious and spotless. The fit and finish on everything was excellent.

The front desk attendant, Carlos, went above and beyond when the other attendant could not. Carlos truly made my stay here an enjoyable experience! He has efficient communication, and handled and resolved my complaint in an expedited manner while remaining courteous. I am grateful for the hard work Carlos put into my stay. You can tell he enjoys working at Sheraton Suites.

Absolutely amazing! Made my short stay in Orlando so relaxing, customer service was awesome from the very beginning all the way to the end I called after midnight and got a room with ease, very close to the airport, shuttle is efficient and great, everything was so clean , rooms were spacious and very comfortable/ cozy, food & drinks were delicious, pool side was beautiful and calming and special thanks to Mary in HR for everything she helped me with, I will be for sure coming back and recommending this hotel! EXCELLENT JOB AND SERVICE

If you're near the airport and need a place that's clean, roomy, and comfortable, this is the place. The room was huge and comfortable. The happy hour at the bar was fun, reasonably priced, and the bar tenders were friendly! Free shuttle to airport runs 24/7 also.

I haven't stayed at a Sheraton in a long time. So when I needed a quick overnight for the price of a suite I couldn't beat it. The room was clean. It is a little dated but over all I'd stay again

This is the perfect place to relax near the airport to catch your shuttle. They have an indoor/outdoor pool. A full service restaurant and bar. A small convenience item shop. Beautiful suites, comfortable beds, tasteful decor and excellent staff. The airport shuttle staff is friendly, helpful and kind. Highly recommend!
