Quality Inn Miami Airport - Doral

Nice hotel, not too far from the airport with a free shuttle.
I would stay here again.

I have stayed there for well over two months now off and on and will continue to stay there going forward. Rooms are very clean. Staff is Great but the best person of all is Gracia. I Probably spelled her name wrong but, she is always very helpful and goes Above and beyond and always makes an effort to say hi with your name every day And always with a smile! She rocks!!! Businesses need more people like her!

Our flight was cancelled and we got this in the last minute. The rooms are clean and cannot complain. They have free breakfast in the morning. Most star hotels charge $25-$35 for break fast.

The check out time is 11 AM and we requested one extra hour. After check out, we request if we can leave the baggage for few hours. The front desk was so AWESOME, that he can hold for few hours and not overnight. YES! It was a great help, as our flight was @ 10:30 PM. We came back around 6:30 PM and picked up! I will give more than 5 star for this kind of customer service. Thank you GUYS!!!

Right by the airport, they were nice enough to let us check in early. As for rooms it's what you'd expect from an airport hotel, just the basics. The pool was very nice.

Bad experience. Had caught a early flight into miami requested a early check-in. Arrived at the hotel had to wait 5 hours before I could get in my room. Asked to be picked up from the airport the driver came an drove right past us..had to wait anthor 1 1/2 before he came back to pick us up. Finally check into the room the room had no washcloths to bathe with. The TV only had 8 channels nothing we wanted to watch on it an the heat didn't work after the shower the room was freezing.. the front desk lady was nice but the hotel sucked. I don't recommend this hotel to no one..stay away.. its not worth the price even for one night which thats what we had got it for. We were leaving for a cruise the next morning

Rooms stayed humid, but still cool with a/c on, good nights rest, bring a fan if you can.

Super nice hotel. I stayed there for a night, and it was perfect, would definitely go back. The airport shuttle was very convenient and well organized, you just have to go to the pick up area in door 1, then either call or wait, they go at least once every hour. The drivers were both super nice, very good conversation. I arrived early to the hotel (8 am), and they prepared my room then, so nice that I could get my room so early. The staff is very nice. The breakfast is very complete, and there is coffee and tea available the whole day for free. The rooms are big with comfortable beds. 100% recommendable. Very good experience.

Great rooms, very clean everywhere on the property and amazing breakfast. I asked for a wake-up call and I didn't get it. Good thing I woke up with my call alarm though.

The room was large and spacious the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was very friendly. They also offered a wide selection of food to be purchased which was convenient since they could not serve breakfast due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Overall my stay here was two very big thumbs up! Especially to the guy who works graveyard who was super friendly and made the check in process easy. I currently have a broken arm and also was on a bike so without even having to say anything he made sure I got the closest room to me and that it was on the bottom floor!!! Thanks graveyard shift guy!

My stay was great. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. It is conveniently located close to the freeway, 20 minutes from South Beach, North Beach, Mid Town. Maid cleaned the room and lined up my shoes at the door and folded a few of my clothes. Front desk was very helpful. Microwave and Fridge in kitchen. Really good price point under $100 in the Summertime!! Quiet and tucked away safe parking. Free hot Breakfast 10/10 Place

I thought the airplanes would be a problem, but I could barely notice them. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast area was a proper size for the number of guests (unlike many other places). The one thing that made me very happy was... no carpet in the room! I wish this becomes the standard for ALL hotels instead of the usually disgusting carpet.

The place was comfortable. The best of all is the continental breakfast. The staff was pleasant especially front desk agent William Morales. He was exceptional, I would rate him 100 out of 10. Five star only because of him. For me and my family, he made our holiday a special one. We think he is an advantage to this hotel. Only because of him, we wished we had stayed longer. The rooms were clean, and the cleaning persons were pleasant. In all our stay was good.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms with great room attendant service. The best breakfast buffet daily. Customer service was great! Love the options provided to buy food & beverages. Plenty of parking. Safe location near interstate.

Love this Holiday Inn hotel. Staff is friendly and very attentive. Hotel rooms are a bit small, but comfortable. The beds are like clouds, extremely comfy. Very clean hotel. The restaurant on the 9th floor has great food. Also the cafeteria in the lobby is also great. Has a pool, but it's winter, so we didn't get to enjoy it. Awesome experience overall!

The beds were very comfortable, like a dream cloud. We had a newly renovated room on ground floor. Loved the flooring. Breakfast was ok, but its a budget friendly hotel so can't complain. Was concerned about noise from Hwy, however I was pleasantly surprized how well I slept and never woke up. Front Desk seems slammed in the mornings, customer service isn't always so nice I get that, but maybe offer a smile. The younger gentleman who checked us in, FREAKIN AMAZING, wish I had gotten his name. Over-all will stay again if in area.

It is worth every dollar it costs me, this hotel yields all the qualities that a traveler like me of a few days needs, my room was very clean and tidy the hotel is in very good condition so the hall and the All very attentive employees speak both English and Spanish, Peter took great care of us as soon as we arrived and we arrived around 1:00 am he was very friendly and accommodated us without delay, we also asked him about some places to eat and he quickly gave us several brochures With food options at different times, for me the experience was very good. I recommend it 100% if you are looking for a cheap but clean hotel with very good service in Miami.

This is a private location with many amenities for the value of the stay. They include a pool, business center, parking and a dinning room area which is closed during this present time of social distancing. The staff were knowledgeable and courteous There is a vending shop inside the lobby and it is located pleasantly alongside the beautiful city if Doral.

Very welcoming and fast check in and check out. Room has mini fridge, microwave and hair dryer

Nice clean reasonable place. Very near the airport so there is a little noise and congestion. Staff was very friendly and got a room right by the pool so that was nice. They have shuttles available to and from the airport. Plenty of parking. There's shopping and restaurants nearby.

Great hotel overall it's a bit expensive but other than that I had no problem.
