I can't tell you how amazing these flowers were! After my dates were blacked out from a big online flower store, I had to pivot and I'm so glad a did! I have never done anything with flowers and was asked to do a bouquet, wrist corsages, boutonnieres and the rest of the flowers for my daughter's best friends wedding. We received the flowers and quickly got to sorting them. I fully expected to have to strip all the thorns and leaves off but it was already done hence saving me A LOT of time! I sorted all the flowers and put them in water like the email said and the next day got to work watching tutorials and creating! I will FOREVER be a customer and will recommend to EVERYONE! (I'll add more photos once they're back from the photographer.)

Everything was great, but I wish there had been instructions that came with the flowers to help us understand what exactly to do with them. For example, we didn't know they needed to be kept very cold. We weren't sure what the best conditions were. We didn't know if we should get them some sun - we just don't know anything about this stuff. Having some instructions would have been really nice for us DIY folks! But yeah, flowers were beautiful and came well packaged, and arrived on time!

The first time I contacted "bunches direct" I urgently needed to order a beautiful bouquet of flowers. the sisters had an anniversary, and since she was a fan of peonies, they were the ones who needed them. the staff were very attentive to my order, picked up a chic bouquet of peonies, despite the fact that in summer they are hard to find. Delivery was not a problem, everything was done on time. Sister was happy. impressions about the company were good. great.

I ordered flowers from Flowers Direct for a baby shower I gave to a family friend. I called and placed my order directly. The customer service was outstanding and I felt as though the price was fair. The flowers came in two days prior to my event, as requested. I was nervous about ordering flowers online for such a special occasion, but soon realized those fears were absolutely unfounded. When the flowers arrived, to my delight, they were perfect. I followed the directions included in my order on how to care for them, and they looked beautiful and fresh on the day of the shower. Everyone there was so impressed with the flowers, they thought I had a florist make all of the arrangements. I loved my experience with BunchesDirect! I ordered the calla lily boutonnieres for my wedding reception and they were just as beautiful in the flesh as in the picture. The shipment arrived on time, and the boutonnieres stayed fresh for at least 3 days, which meant that I received the product well ahead of time (relieves anxiety), and also, that the flowers stayed fresh enough to last through the event. I have included a picture of the boutonniere on my husband; we received them on Thursday afternoon, and our reception was held 48 hours later. I will order with BunchesDirect again in the future; the ordering process was super easy, and I did not experience any difficulties whatsoever.

The bunches direct staff was very helpful in ordering flowers and greenery for my wedding. The flowers were delivered on time and packaged very well. I opened the boxes and the flowers were beautiful! I read the directions on how to care for the flowers and put them in water. The next day, they opened up so beautiful, I used the flowers to decorate a pergola at the ceremony site.
