Four Points by Sheraton Miami Airport

We experienced a traveling nightmare and were stuck in Miami for 24 hours before we could fly home. We booked our room here late (around 9 pm) and were able to take the free airport shuttle to the hotel. The staff are great, we enjoyed complimentary breakfast, the room and bathroom were big and comfortable. They allowed us to check out late since our flight doesn’t leave till night time and even held our luggage after check out so we could go get food. Breakfast was delicious. Thanks to the staff here for turning our not so fun travel time into a bit of a more comfortable experience. Definitely recommend staying here!

The room is huge with a comfortable bed. I stayed only for a day, and the experience was superb. With the help of a nice coffee machine in the room, it gives a relaxing morning before heading to breakfast.

This place greatly exceeded my expectations. The room was a decent size and very clean. The bathroom was huge, as was the shower, though the shower had some design flaws. It was so large that I had to get all the way in to be able to turn on the water, so of course I was immediately drenched in freezing water. Also, the shower head appeared to be adjustable, but as it was about 7 feet high, I couldn't say for sure.
The staff were lovely, and the lobby was bright and clean.

Stayed here for one night during my layover in Miami. When I arrived and checked in they had given me a room upgrade. Had a pleasant stay at hotel. Only things I can point out is that your hear flights passing above, but sound pollution is expected since the hotel is in the flight path and shower head could had a stronger pressure. Overall a nice to get good rest before your flight.

Location was a little further from the airport than I expected, however, it is near a lot of great food options, one of which is a Middle Eastern/Lebanese restaurant that I am eating at, named Faraon. 👍🏼

I did have to wait for close to 30 min for shuttle while many no name hotel shuttles past by often and be aware it only runs once hourly beginning at 11p. 👎🏼

Although older hotel it is well maintained and very clean. Rooms are comfortable. Great area near airport and other necessities.

Our experience was great! From the minute we arrived all the staff were very nice. The breakfast was very good. The shutters brought us from the airport and took us the next day as we use this hotel for only one night. The rooms were modern and clean. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for couple nights and it was pretty enjoyable. Staffs in the front counter were friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean when we arrive. Lobby has a nice scent and pool and lounge and gym are great. A pleasant stay. Only thing we wish is the clean staffs can improve the level of cleaning a bit more.

The property was really good, big clean rooms, smooth check-in and checkout. I just wish the breakfast was complementary, I didn't check while booking and the rates were very expensive. Even the staff was well behaved and polite.

The breakfast was excellent! Everything tasted so good. Even the bacon tasted so fresh!

The hotel itsself is beautifully decorated and I loved watching the planes land from our room 😍

The only cons were in the bathroom. The shower head needed to be cleaned and it would have been nice to have shelves in the shower. The sink needs a differnt faucet because water got everywhere.

Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to other people! Thank you for a wonderful visit! ❤

Loved this location of the Sheraton. It was in a great area, lots of food options & two minutes from the highway. One downside to the location is it can be hard to make a left turn, waiting for four lanes of traffic to pass/stop, only to cross half-way, & wait for the other side of cars to clear. Otherwise, the hotel itself had plenty parking, had a small pond with ducks, smelled fabulous each time we entered, had friendly & helpful staff, spacious rooms, comfortable beds & great shower & pressure. My family & I have said we're going to make this our go-to hotel while in Miami. Will definitely stay again & recommend!

A lovely reasonablely priced, clean and spacious hotel, staff are friendly and helpful.

You get used to the planes flying over. But funny you do not hear them in the hotel at all.

Very clean and reasonable price, they pick you up from the airport and bring you back and to the cruise port but don't pick you up from the cruise port. Very friendly staff and helpful, amazing complementary breakfast with eggs, bacon, kubasa cereal, bagels, English muffins and more. Obviously coffee and orange juice and other juices. Will definitely use this hotel and and highly recommend it. My only problem was that they don't pick you up from the cruise port.

We were greeted warmly by the young lady working late tonight. We provided her with our room voucher and she had us checked in quickly and provided our room keys. The hotel is beautiful. It's in a quiet spot off of the main road with food, shopping and gas nearby. The room is very nice. I would highly recommend staying here.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! This is one of the few MIA airport hotels with 24hr airport shuttle service, which I greatly appreciated. Shuttle runs every 30 mins between 6am-11pm (I believe), and once every hour for the rest of the night. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful and was even able to give me a late checkout for 3pm. Room was clean, gym/ pool area are nice, and within walking distance (about 5 mins) to Starbucks, Chipotle, and a few other restaurants. This is one of the better MIA airport hotels, and I will be staying here again!
