Hilton Garden Inn Miami Airport West

I was feeling so tired and Carlos at check in really Brighten my day. He told me my room was available explained to about all the wonderful restaurants close by. If Hilton have people like Carlos working for them The have a Jewel! He was so professional and kind hearted my husband and I will definitely stay at Hilton Garden Hotel again !You guys are Awesome at this particular hotel Carlos made my day with his great Customer service and attitude! My husband and I stayed in Room 213 On 2/25/24 this for Manager to recognize due to my name spelling on Google to remember. I'm (Diamond members) Headed back to Dallas Texas!!! For Carlos to get Recognize here at Hilton he deserve it!

This was a nice place with friendly staff. It was in a secluded location with access to everything we needed while in town. They had delicious food and great service. It was a last minute accommodation so I was amazed at how quickly they had the room ready. There was also free parking for diamond members which we took advantage of. All in all I recommend this place & will consider this location for future business travel.

Amazing and friendly staff, newly renovated and includes shuttle that does airport runs every 30 minutes. Unfortunately the renovation doesn’t include the bathrooms (our tub was leaky and the drain plug didn’t work) but it didn’t distract from our stay. Was upgraded to a suite both stays I’ve been here as a Diamond member with no questions asked, so that’s always highly appreciated. Breakfast area and staff was also highly satisfactory. If in the Miami area again, will be sure to stay.

We have have had the most amazing experience with Boris and the sales team! They have made the process of an event planning seamlessly; thanks to Laura and Sabrina as well they supported us and were available for our needs.

Absolutely love this hotel! Very accommodating and they were right on top of things! Staff was amazing! There shuttles were fast and very nice! Love love love this hotel!

Yeah this a nice place. Close to the airport and a shuttle to the ship. Clean and comfortable with a VERY nice and HAPPY staff. We did not use the restaurant so I can't comment on it, it looked good though.

We had just disembarked from a cruise and our flight was not until 10pm. We were completely exhausted and did not feel like camping out in a restaurant or waiting in the airport so I booked a room here for a reasonable rate (less than an airport lounge charges). The wonderful hotel manager allowed us to check-in at 11:00am. The hotel has been recently rennevated, very clean, chic and the beds are comfortable. We took advantage of the free airport shuttle which runs every 30 mins. I will be booking a future stay here.

It's been afew weeks but I had so much fun ☺ I loved the hot tub. I loved the Halloween decor. I loved the staff they were amazing!

Clean hotel with nice amenities for this caliber of property. Remember they do NOT offer complimentary breakfast like most other hotels. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel does offer complimentary airport pickup and a paid cruise port transfer ($14 per person, although we were told $10 at check in). Location isn't close to anything(if walking) so maje sure you have what you need before you get there.

Stayed here 2 nights for a business trip. Very nice hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Close to the airport and provides free shuttle service to and from.

Great over all experience. Rooms were clean. With Hilton Honors app, everything is way easier.

The staff was incredible... Very professional, provided great service and also made you feel welcome. The only downside is that it seemed like for a near $200 a night Hotel, the decor and furnishings we're lacking a bit. That being said in that price range with a decent location to the airport and where I needed to be which was close to Coral Gables and Coconut Grove area I thought it was a fair price considering the going rates everywhere... Let's face it today's economy is sticker shock for everybody.

Very nice and clean rooms. Courteous staff, and plenty of things to do in the area.

Very good for a quick layover, but the airport shuttle stops at many places and isn't frequent at night so I'd recommend taking a taxi or rideshare.

Loved the location, the quietness. Awesome staff. Enjoy all the comforts of home. Will be visiting again.

This is an airport hotel. The service and staff are great, experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is kept clean. The rooms are decent but furniture is worn. No sense of design or layout. The bathroom was spotless and the bed excellent with good sheets. The pool and spa are well maintained, towels laid out etc. Fitness center small but not too busy, equipment is decent. The property is laid out nicely and the landscaping gives privacy and obscures Doral. The elevators are sketchy not something I'd expect at a Hilton. Definitely a choice to consider for a basic but nicer airport hotel.
