I won’t rehash my past experience… Although, it was less than favorable. I want to acknowledge Ms. Alana & Nick for their extreme support & dedication to customer satisfaction and exemplary service! Alana was patient and attended to every need, even followed up as promised and scheduled my delivery at my convenience. Nick was helpful and also very knowledgeable. Thank you Alana for all you do!

I just left the store (Susan Griffith) and the manager although there by herself was great! Alana took her time with me and didn't let me go until I was satisfied. I have a new bed on the way thanks to her. She is very professional and sweet. I really appreciate her and you guys at farmer's furniture!

I have been shopping with Farmers Furniture since 2014 and they are the ones that helped me start building my credit. I have never had a problem with the staff which is always friendly or delivery. But my experience last April 2022 when i ordered 3 beds and 3 mattress sets, this experience was far from worse. Okay financing and everything went smoothly until delivery day. They had two guys that came to put three beds together that didn't have a clue to what they were doing. I had 2 trundle beds for my kids and they both started falling apart slowly and my platform bed was built together where it was leaning on the left side and a broken box spring. I called and complained, sent pictures, and had them come out to look at the disaster. Nothing for months just a whole bunch of runaround. So, finally in September they had another person that was in management and he came out and looked at my beds and realized my beds were no good and i need new trundles because if i took them apart i couldn't put them back together. And ordered me 2 new trundle beds, but never had them delivered.
So lets fast forward to January, I went to the store and spoke to the new manager of the store her name is Alaina and she took her time to listen to me and my complaints and she explained to me that she was here to help me and make everything right. Her new delivery team came out and put together all three new beds for me and my kids. She is very understanding and shows compassion. She really turned my experience for almost a year from lemons to lemonade. I am so happy i gave her a chance and that the store has new management with someone that cares for her customers and treats them like family.
SO IF YOU HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE GO BACK AN GIVE ALAINA A CHANCE!!!!! SHE IS A SWEETHEART AND A WOMAN OF HER WORD!!! SHE IS THE ONLY REASON ILL BE BACK AND CONTINUE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Omg the manager Alana literally kept the store open for me! McKenzie helped me pick out the perfect bed. I’ve been to Farmers in the past and was treated awful please if you haven’t been there lately go in and see Alana and Mackenzie they both have such bubbly personalities!!

The sale associate, April, and new store manager, Alana were wonderful to work with and helped us pick out a full livingroom set. Will definitely be back for future purchases!
