Service was quick and efficient. Personal preference the pumpkin flavored Frosty is okay personally wouldn't get it myself but my girlfriend loved it

Jill, the cashier was an absolute treasure when we ordered and has a dynamite and welcoming smile. Food was great employees were helpful and friendly and I only wished I lived closer to this location to be able to enjoy Wendy's like it it should be. The Wendy's restaurants in Madison and Suwannee County Florida should take a look at what they do and how they do it here and try to do it the same. It's nice to have a quick service restaurant that likes to take care of people.

For how busy this place always is, they get you in ond out quick. Service is always good. People are actually smiling.

Nova has great customer service skills. After a bad experience at popeyes I came here for food and was happy to see Nova. He is very pleasant and such a hardworking even when they are busy his customer service skills are still great! Thank you for making my dining experience great.

The staff was very very friendly and accommodating. My charger had gone out on my phone and they let me charge there store.

I went to Wendy’s after having a horrible experience at Dairy Queen. I was furious but the cashier Jazzme gave me the most genuine smile after taking my order it took approximately 1.5 minutes to get it hot and fresh they had the personal touch that made for a great experience.

Don't know about the reviews about inside since it was a drive thru experience on my end, but the drive thru service was the best I've had in a while at Wendy's. We first had our orders separate and then at the drive thru wanted to pay for it all together. Guy had no problem changing things up to accommodate that, got the order right and even had more than one packet of BBQ in there. Definitely reccomended for out of towners that exit off 75 down here, or anyone that's around.

The wait was pretty long but the staff was great and the food was prepared very well!
