Love Dunkin! Who doesn't love Dunkin??? Also amazing employees and superb service !!

They are really good here. They did miss one drink. We were in the drive up, when we went to the pickup window. We received our order, except one drink. When we asked for it, they did not charge us. Excellent customer service. They may end up being our go to DD. Two thumbs up. New girl at the counter and she was great.

Friendly staff, we had a larger order for 8 breakfast sandwiches and the order was correct when handed to use, the staff was friendly and the interior was clean and spacish.

I ordered a dozen donuts of a 12 that was delicious,Bavarian Creme,Boston Creme,Lemon Custord,and Blueberry!{I can say um,so YUMMY TO MY TUMMY!}I can recommend Dunkin Donuts sorry we can only give you a 5 star review when you of Dunkin Donuts deserve more stars than 5!{NEXT Baskin Robbins with the mint,cherry,and Pistachios Icecream!}

This Dunkin is basically my go to! I NEVER EVER HAVE AN ISSUE HERE! THE MORNING WORKERS AND ESPECIALLY THE GUY THAT WORKS MORNING I FORGOT HIS NAME BUT HES WONDERFUL! THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL. THEY LITERALLY KNOW THEIR CUSTOMERS! I freaking love this place and honestly it's the staff that makes it amazing or I'd be going to Starbucks if it wasn't for them being such great people! Idk what's up with the bad reviews bc I HAVE NEVER had one bad experience here! I understand the drive thru timer which should not even exist so I'll ask them myself do u want me to pull up.

Dunkin on Silver Springs Blvd is usually very good. Early in the morning the donuts are fresh & fantabulous 😋
Good service depends on who's on & what mood their in-which is why they get a 3 & I'm being generous. They need to be welcoming considering we're spending the money.
Overall I will give them five stars for when they're really up and running well because not everybody's cheery
And welcoming But! when the donuts are fresh they are delish!

I love this Duncan. They can go through the car line fast. Staff's really friendly everything is what you think it is. If you don't know what Dunkin' donuts is then I don't think I can help you with the review. Don't be intimidated by the car line

I prefer Dunkin’ Donuts to Starbucks or any other coffeehouse. This Dunkin’ Donuts has a couple staff members that make delicious lattes and Americanos. It’s also a Baskin-Robbins so you can take the kiddos here when you get yourself a coffee.

I mostly just get coffee and donuts. Love the coffee.

Super fast and friendly. Ate breakfast inside with 4 people and couldn't get over how great this dunkin runs.

Got my favorite hazelnut iced coffee with a side of Boston Creme donut. Place was clean and service was good.

The staff here is very informative about their menu and consistent with the speed of their service. However, if they ask you to pull up and wait, it's usually because your order is being made fresh. If for whatever reason your order takes longer than expected, they almost always throw in something extra.

They have my favorite donut, vanilla cream. It was so delicious! However you have to get there in the morning because it looks like they sell out pretty quick.

Lisa and her crew were so helpful and welcoming! They were great to do business with!

Nice clean location. Egg white delight with turkey sausage was fresh and very good. Pumpkin donut was great- not that super icky sweet..good cake donut. 🍁🎃

Jen and her team are amazing, i am honored to work there. Its fantastic to take a job in an emergency and find a manager that cares about both client and the worker. I have enjoyed everyday of employment at this location and look forward to helping Jen serve all our great customers, she deserves a pat on the back and I hope somebody who should does see this and give her a well deserved award.

I personally don't like Dunkin don't like coffee. Was going there for the salted carmal hot chocolate. However they discontinued this item. Giving them 5 stars for family members that love their drinks.

An amazing team at work here. Had a nice Sunday breakfast and coffee to go. The team helped me to customize a drink to make sure it fit my liking. Great drive thru timing!!!!

Great Breakfast Sandwiches.....Delicious Donuts....Fabulous Iced Coffee's and Fruity Iced Drinks. The employees are most times Friendly....everyone has their "off" days....but....it is Most Often and In and Out, Fast and Very Courteously handled experience😁😁😁
