Very nice store..staff very helpful..clean..great selection of items..and prices were good

Replaced Xfinity DVR remote. We were there for less than 10 minutes.

She did a great job and very professional and knowledgeable

I believe in updating a review when it’s due. I’m happy to announce that I returned to the store today and was greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. I’m now have a prepaid AT&T plan for a trial to see if I want to make the switch from Verizon. The guy that helped me was top notch at explaining everything and showed me an option I didn’t even know existed! Changing my score to 5 stars!

Well first impression was a bust. I’m a long time Verizon customer mainly because it’s the only thing that works in my area. I’m now hearing that AT&T are in my area. I figured I’d give it a shot.
The store looks nice but upon going inside where there are only two customers the employee, without looking up from whatever she was doing yells out, “welcome to at &t, what brings you in rust?” I told her I wanted to see phones and check out their service plans. She still without looking up said, well you’re welcome to look at phones but I’m the only one here so it’s going to be 45 minutes to an hour before I can help you with anything.
I’m shopping to get away from poor service. At least Verizon is friendly before they get your money.

My experience was great. We came into the store to purchase a new phone for my daughter. Earick was awesome and very helpful.

The at&t store rep was great! Friendly, helpful, and helped us save some money on insurance. We really appreciated that! We got what we came for and felt she provided all the necessary information for what we were looking to purchase.

Wesley and his counterpart were very helpful, kind and courteous, and knowledgeable! Their customer service goes beyond most. They were attentive and always presented a solution. I drove across town for almost 40 minutes to get an upgrade done at the store because of the Google ratings. I am now can see why they are rated 4.2 star rating. In my opinion, they deserve a 5.0! I was not eligible to upgrade at the time. However, I will be returning to upgrade in three months because of how awesome the reps are at the store. I did buy a pair of AirPod pros from Wesley. He and his counterpart were very knowledgeable in the products. It made me feel like I had confidence in the reps to be able to make a smart and great purchase. Thanks guys!!!

Sharon and the entire staff was very knowledgeable and made the purchase of an Apple Watch 8 seamless. I will certainly use this as my go to store.

The manager from the AT&T store on east 40 by the Walmart was extremely helpful! It was such a relief that she was willing to help; the other stores in my town avoid customers and tell them the only way they can get help is if they call into AT&T. She was so patient with me, I was a bit frustrated, and she went above and beyond to make sure I didn't have to go without a phone. All the other stores need to take notes from her!

I was in yesterday and was not impressed , But today , I was greeted by Elvis , he assured me that he was on task to help me trouble shoot my Hot -spot issue , He spent time chatting and I really felt like he cared about our service issue . I did scan the previous reviews here on this page , and did see that Elvis gives that same care to others that pass through those at&t doors. from all the mentions... looks like Elvis is striving for excellence.

Manager Brandon was awesome! Very Professional and made entire experience pleasant and seamless. Definitely recommend anyone who's interested in making a switch or opening a new line, go see Brandon.

Keshia is phenomenal. She patiently walked my mom through her account choices, helped her pick out a phone, and took care of canceling the unused numbers on Mom’s old account. Keshia was kind, very helpful, and all around wonderful. We can’t thank her enough for everything she did for us today.

Joe was an amazing sales rep and went out of his way to find opportunities for discounts. He was extremely personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. This was definitely our best cell phone retailer experience. Thanks, Joe.

When an AT&T employee at another store tried to switch cell service from my old iPad to my new one, he didn’t get it done. He was also rude and very hard to understand. As a person with low vision, I depend on my iPad for so much, and will need it for technology training at the Center For The Blind when I start classes there. I had no cellular service at all when I got home last week. I had to wait a week for a ride to the Silver Springs store (I don’t drive) where I got exceptional service from Wesley. The key word is SERVICE, and Wesley not only fixed my problem, he was extremely pleasant and easy to work with! He was so helpful my husband upgraded his phone on the spot! He has earned us as customers from now on.

Brandon was extremely helpful. He had all the answers and more with something we had been needing to deal with for a very long time! Thank you again he restored our faith with ATT.

Spent hours on the phone with tech support and they weren't able to help me. Saw the manager Bill at this location and was able to resolve my issues quickly! Great service!

Wesley is a very nice guy talked to him about getting a new phone because my contract with my iPhone was almost up. Thinking about trading my iPhone 8 Plus in for a Samsung phone. I will definitely come back & see Wesley for that.

my representative Elvis was fantastic he helped me figure something out that I could not figure out on my own explained it to my own understanding. Elvis needs a raise.
