NAPA always has what I want even if I'm not sure what I want. They will help me find it. Great selection of quality tools and supplies. Always courteous counter help all the way from Vermont to Florida. And they have loaner tools.

They did a great job helping us change out our battery in an emergency. Fair warning ⚠, our battery was way to change out, but if you have a battery that requires removing a wheel or something they will probably have the tools for that, so it'd be best to call ahead and check.

Staff was very patient with me. Also very helpful and they stood by the battery guarantee. All in all they went above and beyond their jobs. Also, was nice seeing employees utilizing team efforts to help one another.
I rarely give 5 Stars.

Napa has always been good at having what I need. Especially in a pinch when others dont carry at all. Napa has been around for so long. My uncle was regional MGr growing up and it was and still is a household name.
