I ordered an anniversary arrangement from Bc flower and Event last evening late Friday for delivery today Saturday. (last minute I am located in New Jersey ) and Bertha was wonderful. Accommodating, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. The arrangement was spectacular. Delivery was done by 12:00pm and the recipients are ecstatic with the floral arrangement. I am so grateful to Alicia. I called on a Sunday for a last minute floral delivery, everyone else was closed or could not do it till Monday. There was an initial issue when ordering the flower through Door Dash. The company was able to solve the issue before I was able to wake up. They also went out of their way to make sure the flowers were perfect for my girlfriend.

Berta is very Charismatic! I can tell this is more than just a job to her. I needed a nice arrangement set up for my aunts 76th birthday but I procrastinated and almost went without a florist until Berta came to the rescue (She prefers to be called Nancy) she got it done in 3 days!
