Wish I would've read these reviews before placing my order. I placed an order for next day delivery and then received an email the day AFTER the delivery was to be made that my order had been cancelled due to not having the product in stock. I would've been understanding if I was told day of delivery, but the day after is unacceptable.

I'm writing this review because I'm very disappointed. I have come to this place for several occasions and never had a problem. Today, however, I wanted to surprise my girlfriend with a flower arrangement for her birthday. I work on the weekends so I had to place the order online. I paid $87 for an arrangement to be delivered to my GF on Saturday (yesterday) and IT NEVER CAME. Her birthday is today and here she is with no flowers.

I've calling them all morning and of course, no answer. Will be going in person tomorrow to get my money back

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Please do not order from here. I ordered flowers for a friend who was in an accident, and the flowers were never delivered. Not only were they not delivered the owner never returned my call. I am originally from Miami, and these type of scum bags are what give our beautiful city a bad name. I will be reporting you.

My boyfriend sent me flowers where he paid $90 & what I got was a $30 looking arrangement. Very disappointing! He asked for pink roses & I got yellow. He paid extra for extra roses & I got seven roses in total. He paid for a balloon & it was not added. To top it off they never knocked on the door & I was sitting in the livingroom by the door for over 2 hours. They left it outside & thanks to a neighbor who knocked on my door, I was able to get it. Horrible experience. I would never use them!

Terrible service never delivered order no response to checking on the order to find out why!
No call back and response to emails sent all around bad service!
Basically said was to busy resting to find out why it wasn't delivered!
