Amazing service. Staff are top notch. Super helpful and understanding of the menu. I had the Luigi Special, mixed seafood and pasta. Being from New England I’m always weary of “Maine Lobsters” outside of New England however, this lobster was top 5 of my all time lobster. My daughter has the steak and fries and they did not disappoint. Super flavorful and just enough for her. Highly recommend.

This is a spectacular place. We went here 8 years ago and it was so good back then we went back for tonight. It did not disappoint. The service is impeccable and the atmosphere is so beautiful. The food is so delicious: the salad was crisp and fresh, gnocchi is handmade and heart warming and the bread is fresh and warmed. Could not recommend this place enough for a wonderful time in Naples.

The service was fantastic with Miguel he was full of joy and made sure everyone was happy. Top notch man. Food was good as well but not insane. Price was fitting of quality. Happy hour is well worth it. Pappardelle and chicken parm are very good and a favorite. Burger was also very filling and quite good.

We had a side salad, beet salad, gnocchi and the ravioli Burrata and they were all delicious. The service was quick and the servers continued to check on us very regularly. I would definitely head back to this restaurant.

We have visited Caffè Milano several times this past month and it’s our new favorite place!
First visit was a birthday dinner (comfortable round table) our appetizers were delicious and came out quickly. Our meals were all cooked to perfection. Our filet was delicious and cooked to temperature.
Our server Vladimir deserves a big shout out for being attentive, explaining the specials of the evening and being so friendly and professional!
Our next visit was for Happy Hour and we sat at the bar. Bamboo was our server/bartender and was so pleasant to talk with. We had the Combo Meat & Cheese platter. The meat were shaved thin and very fresh married with an assortment of cheese and olives and pickled onions. The warm fresh baked bread is amazing. We also shared an order of Meatballs the literally melted in your mouth. They are served with a homemade red sauce seasoned perfectly! Drinks and wine were delicious and served promptly.
Our most recent visit was the night of the Naples Christmas Parade and even though they were VERY busy, the staff was as friendly as ever and appetizers at the bar were just as delicious as previous visits.
We met a new bartender Massimiiano from Italy and Ava from Boston. Both quick and courteous and true professionals who make you feel at home. Can’t wait for our next visit!

Food was delicious, atmosphere was super cool. The service was great, and the food came out fast! Dessert was amazing as well! Would definitely return, 10/10.

A nice evening last night. Vito our waiter was awesome and all the specials were very fresh and perfect. I had the chicken parmigiana and didn’t like it. Seemed like it was pulled out of the freezer and then cook.

A wonderful experience, Miguel was our server and he made sure all was great. Definitely will come back and will ask for Miguel as our server. The tiramisu 10/10, best tiramisu ever

We picked this place for dinner with a group of friends and had a fantastic experience! The food was delicious & the atmosphere was very pleasant. Our server Ivan was courteous, knowledgeable with the menu & had a great sense of humor. For an appetizer we ordered the Bruschetta Milano as well as the Burrata Caprese and they were both delicious. Unfortunately, we didn't picture all of our dishes but the Ravioli Burrata was a perfect combination of flavors and the Cannoli was a perfect treat for dessert! Definitely recommend 10/10 ⭐

We always go during happy hour because the prices are awesome. This seafood risotto is literally the best I’ve ever had and I’ve lived in Italy for a year!

So glad we were able to get a table on a busy night at Caffe Milano. Our party of four was seated quickly and our server was the best. We went with the Gnocchi Sorrentina, Lasagna Tradizionale, Spaghetti with Meatballs and the Ravioli Burrata. Everything was amazing and the quality was the best. Will definitely be coming back the next time we are in Naples!

What an amazing restaurant! From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out you’re getting an excellent service. Our server Anthony was amazing. He made our family laugh, cheer and enjoy his personality. The food was amazing very authentic. The whole environment is as if you were in Italy! They also surprised my mother in law with a huge candle show for her birthday and that was just the cherry on top! I recommend this place as it’s very much for a family get together or special occasion. Its worth every dollar and every moment!

Food and service are excellent. We got there around 4PM for happy hour and our meals were all half price. My wife ordered the Puttanesca and the anchovy taste was too strong for her. They took it back and she ordered something else, no extra charge and no hassle. Dinner for three with the half price meals was under $80. Great deal for a 5th Ave restaurant with outside seating. Can't beat it!

Update from December 2023: Caffe Milano still doesn’t disappoint. We love the fresh pasta and skizza (pizza). The specials are always on point too.

Previous review: We love it here and all of our friends do too. Caffè Milano has great vibes and a lot of energy. It gets packed early because of the happy hour and stays that way throughout the evening. The happy hour is the best because it’s 50% off of everything. All fresh pasta and pizza. Large portions and the energy here makes it a blast!

Great cuisine, we ordered a starter and then the main dishes, all delicious and the service was 10. Marco's service was excellent.

Love this place! We frequent this spot when visiting my brother in Naples and Caffe Milano is great. The owner or a legit Maitre D walks around ensuring the patrons are enjoying their experience all the time (very rare to see that at most establishments anymore). Vibrant bar atmosphere with great service and great food. I have enjoyed all the the dishes I have had here including the pappardelle, tortelli and the linguine lobster. However I rarely deviate from my favorite which is the Veal Milanese which is a must...

Accommodating with reservation. Location of the restaurant is convenient. Most importantly, food was amazing. Best lamb shank I've had so far. My kids finished their plates within minutes.
