Cicis Pizza

I recently visited the Cicis Pizza at 12109 Cortez Blvd in Brooksville, FL, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. Having been to other Cicis locations in St. Petersburg and McMullen Booth Rd before, I was pleasantly surprised by the remarkable difference in service and quality at this Brooksville spot.

First off, cleanliness and friendliness were top-notch. Despite it being a busy senior citizen discount day, the staff ensured that the buffet remained fully stocked and the tables were promptly cleaned as soon as guests left. A special shoutout to the friendly young man donning a quirky pizza hat who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience.

The salad bar was impressive, although I missed having bacon bits. Nevertheless, the pizza and overall service were outstanding. Additionally, ample parking and spacious seating arrangements made the bustling atmosphere feel comfortable and inviting.

Living on the Jacksonville side now, I can't help but wish the Orange Park location was even a fraction as exceptional as the one in Brooksville. This Cicis Pizza has truly set the bar high and has become my go-to choice whenever passing through town. Highly recommended for a delightful dining experience!

We came from Wildwood to check it out and definitely will come back but next time bring rest of the family (3 more people).. We were sitting there and my niece said "Titi this place deserves 5☆'s so there you go... 5☆'s it is

Very clean place! I know sometimes buffet style restaurants can easily get out of hand, but they seem to have no issue here!
The food was good, the service was awesome, kitchen even offered to make us a specialty pizza while we were there!

So I dont usually leave reviews but there has been a huge improvement and had to acknowledge the location/manager. I moved to Spring Hill about 2yrs ago and have been going on and off but not very often due to the location being a little dirty and pizza not always hot out of the oven. My son that's 11yrs old even noticed how clean the restaurant has been the past couple times and how the food is always clean and hot out of the oven. They have a young lady as the manager there and it looks like ever since she has started the restaurant has done a total 360. You can tell she takes alot of pride in having the restaurant be presentable and clean for the guests. She always has a smile and will cook anything you ask for without any question. She makes sure the pizza is fresh and even checks that the spatulas are facing the guest every couple minutes. This place is doing great, keep it up.

Wow, they had new pizza today. It was heavenly. It was like a Chick-fil-A sandwich on a pizza; spicy chicken and pickles. They will have it for the next 6 weeks.

Went here with my family and had a good time eating what we wanted. My mom had made her own pizza which came within great timing. One thing that was outstanding was the guy that was constantly coming by to pick up our used dishes, that guy was awesome!

This is the best Cicis I've ever been to!! The staff here is amazing! Justin makes the most amazing spinach alfredo pizza! Jeffery was most polite and kept the dining room clean. Julie-Anna was so helpful and kept the salad bar stocked full and clean.

I would have told the managers, but that wasn’t enough recognition, and online is where the head honchos get the reviews so here I go.

Jeffrey tonight, 5/3/24, was attending the dinning room, and was more attentive than I have seen as of late with new workers in the general in my outings. Whether this is a usual station, or just for the night, he was paying attention to all aspects and was doing his job diligently. His demeanor on the floor was respectful, quick, and action without a second thought. I myself am a district manager, if any of my four shops were close, I would have offered him a position on any of my teams immediately. He gives a good definition of a hard, dedicated worker and showed his passion in keeping the dinning room maintained on a busy Friday Night.

I came with my family Saturday evening and I have to say it was a great experience! The employee's and food and atmosphere top notch!!! I will be letting everyone know and definitely coming back!

I’ve been going to this Cici’s since I moved to FL a couple of years ago and didn’t know you could request a pizza be made fresh until the manager kindly informed me tonight. I love going to this location with my kiddos, some customers might be gross and don’t wash their hands but the overall experience is worth it. The staff & restaurant is always copacetic.

What's not to love? This is a tried and true Cicis in its best form. Taco pizza, BBQ pizza, Bavarian pizza and the Nashville pizza is 🔥 as usual. Get fat for $13. Also, management here is A+.

The price is very affordable. If you are craving pizza 🍕, this is the place to go. They have multiple varieties to choose from. They also have salad 🥗 and soup 🥣 to complement the pizza 😋

The food is great. It's always hot and replenished frequently. The service is also great.

Salad was yummy and fresh. Pizza was hot and fresh. Pasta w/alfredo sauce was delicious! 10 adults and 1 baby, they kept our table cleared. Absolutely no complaints.

The place is great to go on a budget. Still only 8.95 per-adult. Kids are alittle cheaper. Still a decent place to have a meal when you do not have alot of money to spend

This establishment has everything a Pizza buffet can offer, good parking, ample places to sit, excellent salad bar, an endless supply of your favorite pizza with good ambiance and entertainment for the young ones. Highly recommended.

First, the cost - 2 Adults and 2 kids.. All you can eat for less than $40 is fantastic.
Second, the Service - Justin and Julia were exceptional. They offered ' If you want us to make you something ' and then cheerfully did. I mentioned that the root beer was out and they refilled it almost instantly.
Third, the Food - Perfectly adequate. They are putting out ' Personal Pizzas ' in a matter of minutes. While I can't call the Pizza 'Exceptional'... it's certainly outstanding for the price.
Fourth, the Atmosphere - Also adequate. They have a cute little arcade and a couple Tvs on the wall but a couple of the tables are loose and wobly I can see why they were having a hard time keeping the dining room clean with a Saturday night rush.

All in all - Well worth the money and I would absolutely come again and recommend this place.
