Amazed by the service given by Juan C. He answered all my questions and even explained the difference between the slip in styles I was looking at. So impressive with his knowledge and amazing service I bought four slip ins. I hope he is here next time I pass by.

Back to school shopping with 4 kids Audra was so amazing the store was very busy but she made sure we received excellent customer service from start to finish. Thank you so much for a job. Well done definitely will be back.

Audra was the best! She was on the floor by herself and she was the sweetest and helping everyone so quickly. I will be back!

Caroline helped my wife and I on a busy Saturday evening and was excellent, she helped me quickly get the shoes that I was looking for and helped my wife find the perfect fit on the perfect pairs of a couple of new sneakers.

I went to buy a pair of shoes for a gift to my girlfriend, and since I walk in the store I was help with a great customer service. The lady that help me Brenda, took her time to make the best selection out of so many shoes, and karolina gave me feedback on the shoe difference great information and service will be back to get a pair for my self. Very pleased with the store employees.

Very helpful young ladies working today. The store was very busy but the employees stayed focused and calm and helped very with a smile.

Great experience considering the store was totally understaffed. So stupid on part of Skechers to only have 1 person on at opening. Poor girl could barely get her drawer counted. Store crowded.
More than likely lost business. Sales girl sweet as could be and was hustling.

I recently visited The Florida mall and went to the Skechers. I’ve been to many Skechers throughout the years and this experience was by far the most. Professional I’ve ever seen the sales people. We’re very friendly. And. Helpful. But. The main difference. Was the management. I had a small problem and they handled it both quickly. And. Professional I will definitely. Come back this same. Went with my sister. She had to buy sneakers for my niece for school. They had a very nice selection and who doesn't love sketchers? The clerk, took the time to measure her feet and gave her something to put on her barefeet so she could try on the shoes. Kids dont like shoe shopping. He was patient and we are happy. These are her favorite shoes to wear to school.

Brenda and Victoria were extremely helpful as I had to find the right fitted shoes in which they went above and beyond their expected service to accommodate me. I would highly recommend this location as everything was also well organized and peaceful!!

Good selection of current sketchers shoes and clothing, friendly helpful staff.
Pricing was good but they did have a sale on but they probably have sales on most of the year to draw people in .
