Very very great place!! I helped my friend vacate their storage space today and Jamie was super super helpful and sweet!!! She has perfect costumer service an I felt so welcomed. I never write reviews on places but I had to this time because that’s how great it was!! And to top it off the office was nice clean and organized very well! Better then the other places Iv been! Jamie great job and keep up the good work!! You deserve a raise!!!!!!!!

Absolutely stellar customer service! I have been renting 2 storage units there for the past 2 years and when it came time to move out I had some personal issues come up (I am a military member - needed to move out ASAP and had to have a lock cut - all over a weekend - and all needed to be done through a 3rd party as I was not in state) I was able to reach the site manager (Vanessa) and she quickly contacted me and helped me out with my situation. She was very quick, polite, and professional, and I can't thank her enough for making a potentially stressful situation go extremely smoothly. Thank you!

Jamie is extremely helpful, she is kind and very sweet. She was a huge help and always happy on the phone and in person! I've had a unit at this location for a little over 2 years and she is by far my favorite staff member. If you need help with anything at this location, ask for Jamie.

My husband and I needed a quick unit to stage our old home items before closing on our new property. My husband went yesterday and paid the first month and processing fee. This is the most reasonable place I found and the customer service was beyond excellent. The gentleman that helped my husband was friendly and informative. My husband said it was the best customer service he ever received.

One of my favorite managers and locations. I was in a pinch when a vendor failed to deliver a peice of furniture and luckily public storage helped me get in to show the peice to the client; seamlessly and even helped wrap the merchadise with supplies I purchased there.

Melissa was absolutely amazing! Not only did she help me with directions around town, but she also worked with me once we realized I had more items than anticipated. This was a cross country move and her pleasant personality coupled with desire to meet our needs made this one of the best experiences of our move. Thank you Melissa!

Melissa was wonderful helping us with anything we needed. She will answer any questions you have and was always in the office to answer the phone when I called about my unit. She is always smiling and is pleasant to talk to. I never felt like I was bothering her when I had questions. Just a genuinely nice person!
The facility is always clean and she works hard to keep it that way. It is right next to a busy road, so I never felt like I was secluded in a back alleyway of a creepy storage unit facility.
Everything is on ground-floor (drive up) by the way!

Very easy process! Very professional staff! From the time of my online reservation, I received a call from Melissa within 15min. to arrange a time to set up the account. The unit and the property was clean and free of debris. The entire transaction was fast and all questions were answered promptly. Melissa made sure that we had all of the supplies we needed and offered us insurance as well.

This guys where so helpful from day one, I was with them for over 3 years. I highly recommend their service and customer service was always on point. Thank you guys if I ever need a place I will definitely come back.
