The Home Depot

This probably doesn't count because I'm an employee with THD, "As of today," starting at 9 a.m., I started orientation with Ms. Sheryl, the sweetest lady in HR!!
I've been going to THD for all my home building and construction needs for years. I've been going to this particular HD since I moved here about 2 yrs ago because my father had a construction business!! I was his help and muscle helping him reach retirement 6 months ago, then he moved back home! When he left, I applied with THD because I'm familiar with their products and know where stuff is, but my BIGGEST reason was I love people and want to be of value to them whenever and wherever I can!! I want to add value to this location and bring value to every customer who walks through THD doors!!!!
In this particular location, the associates are great and ready to lend a hand in any given situation where a customer may need their help!! 1st PRIORITY be of value to the customer make their experience a great one!!!

HOME DEPOT ROCKS!!!

Today, October 3, 2023, I went to the Home Depot on Gateway Blvd, In Fredericksburg, VA, to pick up two closet doors. These were so hard to find online! No one had both of them, but this Home Depot did! I live quit a far distance from here. Where I live, we do not have a Home Depot. I sure did pick out the right one!
My experience here was amazing! All the people I encountered that worked here, went above and beyond their service.
First there was a gentleman who put my 78x80 and 60x80 closet doors into my cart. He was so kind, helpful and polite. I wish I had gotten his name. He was young and so nice! Then the woman at the pro dest was so helpful and cheerful. She helped me leave my closets doors there to come back later and pick them up. I wish I had gotten her name too! She too was young and very nice! Then there was Daniel in lumber who came out and put my closet doors in my pick up truck. I am glad that I got his name! He was polite, and came right out! I barely even had to wait a minute. I am so impressed with the employees in this Home Depot! Thank you so much! I will be back!

MIKE THE MANAGER IS AMAZING!!! My son went in asking for a sponsorship for Marching Band. His school really needed canvas aprons to hold their items while practicing. Mike immediately addressed my son and asked him what he did in the band? How is he working to build the gaps with students? How did my son get his position in the band and really took the initiative to learn. Then, he handed my son 30 of the aprons for the band! Thank you, Mike, for being a good support system! You were the only manager on call and you helped us, helped many others while maintaining a great attitude and showing you truly cared

Big improvement this year. Prices seem to have come down faster than other chains. Always had experts, but now seem nicer. The military and pro programs are well done and appreciated.

I like going here. Great store for a do-it-yourselfer or professional. Staff always says hello when they walk past & are not afraid to engage and ask if you need help

We really enjoy shopping here.. store is neat and well organized. The staff is helpful, friendly and professional. We shop all the time when we need tools, hardware and sheubbery....great place. Highly recommended.

Second store added!! Both stores in this area were clean. Customer service and the employees were helpful and polite.

Kindest people I have ever met here!! Caught a flat on my way up north and got lucky to find the most helpful people. I didn’t get anyone’s names but if y’all are reading this thank you 😭😭

Haven't been here for a while. But now realizing how many different kinds of products that they carry on what ever you're looking for is wonderful. Lots of items to choose from to cater to your budget. Either it's something for a one time fix it or something more sturdy for your hobby that'll last for years to come.. clean and knowledgeable employees.. love this place ❤

At the local Home Depot, I experienced an excellent shopping experience today! The manager, Ron, rendered superb service and expertise.

Also, on numerous occasions, as I walked throughout the store, Sales Associates politely offered assistance.

I was assisted by John ( I think) and others but I remembered him because he came up to me in aisle 36 whereabouts. Then asked me if I needed help which I desperately needed. Especially when there was another worker ....SMH cleaning or wiping a refrigerator...who knows. So he showed me everything I needed. He walked me to it. I indeed appreciated that. At check out the person was Awesome 😌 She took time and found my card As I just got approved for a credit card but had not yet received it. So I knew I would need to go to customer service for this reason. She even requested for someone to get an item while I was checking out. Each and everyone I asked for assistance ...helped me without hesitation and everyone was friendly. (Except for the guy in the electrical outlets aisle very dry... Personality that is.) I will be returning again.

My wife found the new washer she liked. The salesperson was helpful, I didn’t get her name the receipt say KXK124L.

Snow storm and power outrage this wk and I used all my propane for grill to cook.
Went to Home Depot every day but couldn't get because cage is locked and couldn't open without power.
Today went again but was told sold 1out.
Then Jennifer ask me to wait for a while so she can make sure really out.
Took a while to go through whole cage and found one. What a service. I was just so happy. Also Dylan was helping too. Thank you so much. 💓

This is my go-to hardware store. I have never had an issue here. I even stock up on toiletries, soaps, etc. to make it a true "one stop shop". I have nothing personally against Lowes; it's just closer for us and we like their flooring products more. This store is always kept clean, the associates are always friendly and I've had numerous times I needed to return items that they were accepted readily.

Went for shower fittings. Jalyn showed me exactly what I was looking for. In and out in 20 minutes. Kasey at checkout was friendly.

This Home Depot was much better than the other one I was at. There was one man that new a little about everything. And he was very patient with me. Thank you very much. Everyone was nice and wanting to help me. The man that cut my plywood and the man in floors and the lady at the register thanks a lot. I know there manager has to be nice. Or should. Hope they all get rewarded!!

We are installing a kitchenette in our basement, so we went to Home Depot to purchase a sink and knobs for our cabinets. The floor associates were very helpful and knowledgeable in their departments. The best experience was at check out. Cindy greeted us with a pleasant smile and offered to check us out. She was just personable and her eagerness to step over and help us check out was refreshing. If HD is in the position of offering early raises, Cindy would definitely be a great candidate for consideration.

The people here are wonderful and kind and friendly, and they have so much to choose from as such a reasonable price, I love coming to this place, I wish I had found it years ago. I recommend this place very highly.
Still in the process of designing my little pond slash. Fountain. Picked up my pumps and most of my plants from here at a very, very reasonable price. And the people are so great. I will update pictures when I get done with my little area with my fountain slash pond.

I cannot say enough good things about Home Depot. They have always been caring and giving. Their staff listens to my project ideas, and even if they are giggling inside, they give me their best advice. They've even gone so far as to donate some of their surplus, with a promise from me to bring in the finished project. Here are two pics of my most recent project!
