I went there yesterday with my daughter. I did have a good salad bowl (although that was not organic or free range I'm was told ) and that was not a huge deal for one time event .....but the money spent in store was a lot and my daughter paid 10.00 for a bag of organic honey crisp apples that when going home to eat one ....they were so rotten some .. her thumb went into trying to take an apple out of bag. Thats how rotten they were. We aren't close so now tomorrow we have to try to get back there and spend more on gas. My produce I will check more now and see if I need to bring anything back. I can't see how they even had those apples out to sell.

So calm, clean, nice, and a great selection of grocery items. Tons of vegan and dietary friendly options, and friendly staff. Definitely will be returning

I ride pass this place everyday & never thought to check it out till now, Wow My kind of place, lil something for everyone, Vegans, Vegetarians, & the Gluten free,
I was blown away on how clean & organized the store was, & the whole selection of Items they have from Sandwiches, Smoothies, Juices & Coffees very nice, I'll definitely be back again and will recommend to family and friends

Love love love my local food co-op! Membership not required! Great selection of bulk grain and spices. Fresh local meat, produce, bread etc. Also they are now selling beer! Yay! If there's an item you would like them to carry....just make a request. ❤

Great selection of meats, produce, baked goods, snacks... Much of it is locally sourced! Good organic options. Fun place to shop!

Wow this place needs more exposure. They prepare food and the fruit and vegetables all look so fresh !!!!! Outstanding place to grocery shop

This is hands down my favorite store to go to! I never know what wonderful things I'll find and as a vegetarian, they have an amazing selection and I always find something I'll thoroughly enjoy.

I love this place. Qualify food and the customer service is great!! The juice bar is amazing and Andrey is really the best.

Brand new healthy locally grown foods. Fredericksburg Food Co-op is now open!! Just like a grocery store only better! Great selection of bulk foods. Hot and cold to-go lunch foods are also available. And my favorite seeds!! Follow them on Facebook! Woot!!
6/22: I'm definitely hooked on the fresh juices and smoothies from FFC! And there's always something going on! Presentations in Zoom, demonstrations in the cafe, or music outside on the patio. Sign up for the newsletter and you won't be left out!
10/22: my girlfriend and I get the juices every time.

My sister is a GF Vegan and loves to shop here when she visits. The selection is terrific. The store is clean and the staff is very helpful. Plenty of parking. They also offer many events on their website. Be sure to check out their walking groups and free cooking classes.

Great Co-Op with a lot of vegan options!

Such a beautiful store with great prices, friendly staff and a ton of options. They are passionate about both our community and our world, and it shows. I will be going back time and again.

Stopped here today on our way south and it is a great organic shop... lots of options ... even coffee and some food to go. The lady at the cash was beyond nice! I will definitely stop here next time I am nearby!

Inspiring! Surprising! Unexpected, but fully desired and needed! It is one of the sweetest discoveries I've encountered these last few days as I seek to walk and exercise around this community. Such a small grocery to have such vast selections.

I love this grocery store for many reasons. Firstly its a great place to grab lunch. their soups, prepared salads, and sandwiches are delicious. Secondly, the grocery selection is vast for the small space they have. I always find what I need and certainly some surprise items I didn't know I needed.

ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY THE BEST GROCERY STORE. I am so excited to have the Co op in Fredericksburg!! It’s about time…This area is in much need for a Healthy Fresh Concept of Grocery store. The PRODUCE is so fresh; you’ll think it was picked early that day & rushed to the store. They have almost everything in the Produce Dept. & for the first time ever in my life; I can say their produce is worth every dollar you spend there. The Dairy has a full-line of fresh healthy products. I enjoyed their bulk section as well as their made to order sandwiches. The staff was overwhelmingly helpful & I have enjoyed talking to Pam explaining to me the idea behind the Store. She also took the time to explain to me how can I be a Co-Owner & get deeper discounts than the rest of the customers. Now; I am a regular customer and I go in there like 2-3 times a week.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE CO OP . Don’t take my word for it; go in there & see it for yourself. Just say Hello to Pam. She will too overwhelm you with her kindness.

Love my co-op! Grab a coffee and breakfast sandwich, hang out in the cafe, pick up some local produce, find a unique vegan offering, oh my god the cheese selection! And holy sh*t the local wine and beer! Not to mention the fantastic staff! If I could give 10 stars I would want to give 11, best grocery ever!

Clean and welcoming. Lots of organic and local goods. Many things you can't find in grocery stores. Love that the local restaurants also supply some of their merchandise

Amazing grocery store! I loved it! It's like they somehow read my mind and got all the nice fancy brands and cheap discount generic brands that I like. So many delicious foods - Italian imported pastas and pastries, Greek tzatziki deliciousness, Vietnamese banh mi, Indian meals, Chinese dumplings, Korean kimchi, etc etc etc. What a great store! And the best part is it is a co-op, so there's no shady greedy company behind the scenes exploiting the workers. It all goes back to the worker-owners! And it shows in how friendly the staff are.

Will definitely visit again. It is a great and convenient stop when traveling through just off the highway.

Love this place! Everyone is super nice and informative that works here. They have an amazing selection of healthy foods, snacks, and beverages. I am not Vegan however, my favorite thing about this place is their deli which makes fresh Vegan Sandwiches which are super delicious! I’ve tried almost all of their smoothies and they are all delicious! My favorites are The Elvis Presley and the OM Light. I’m also a huge fan of their stuffed grape leaves. My fiancé and I will keep coming back!
