Excellent people to work with . High quality work . The floors in the house we bought were in bad condition. Cody did a great job . Kept us updated as to his progress. He finished the job on time. Also they respected our home and did not damage anything. Could not be happier with the results

Our floor refinish was a difficult project, we contracted Cody for our whole down stairs (sun-room, living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway and stair case), most of the areas were covered in glue from the old carpet backing along with several areas needing repair. What impressed us the most about Cody, beside his impeccable work, was that he contacted us right away after I left him a message. He even came and gave us an estimate that same day (which I live an hour and a half away). He was able to fit us into his busy schedule and was starting our job the day he said he would. Cody is very detail-oriented, friendly, courteous and even walked us through his process as my husband and I are first time homeowners and like fish out of water when it comes to home remolding. Cody was able to give us a competitive estimate, which is almost exactly what we ended up paying in the end (no hidden surprises with Classic Touch Hardwood Flooring). Our old floors now look and feel fantastic. Classic Touch Wood Floor’s is obviously committed to quality workmanship and customer service. I will be calling them back to do refinish our upstairs and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hardwood flooring contractor.
