It has all the basics, it is clean and the price is fair. Do not expect high end. But you will be safe and can be on your way. I have stayed here 8 years in a row for an area event and have never been disappointed in getting what I paid for. 3-4 days notice is always wise.

$46=AC, shower, microwave, refrigerator, cheap TV, generally clean, needs better upkeep; but NO bedbugs! Smoking rooms!!! A definite plus!!!
