My kids first appointments here and the entire office is so nice! The doctor went above and beyond to explain what they found. Glasses for my children is an adorable collection! Will be referring to this place everyone I know!

I have struggled with dry-eye issues for over 20 years. After a few months of prescribed drops, I can now wear contacts! I can't even express how exciting this is! The doctors and staff are always friendly and professional. Anytime I have an issue with my glasses, the optical department gets me in right away. I would definitely recommend New Castle Eyecare to all of my friends and family!

Been coming here for about 4 years for my son and always had a good experience. My sister recommended them as she always had good experiences well. I’ve recommended them to mothers who aren’t aware they don’t have to drive to Pittsburgh or Wexford to see a great Dr. with welfare insurance. Their great with kids and friendly staff. They’ve always called me when the prescription is ready a week later. Love the new remodel! The office looks great and spacious. We were in and out today in about 30 mins.

This is the place to go. Friendly, professional and they don't keep you waiting. I'm taking the whole family here. Lindsay was great she took care of everything I needed and ahead of schedule

Office is difficult to find as entrance is in rear of building and are no signs. Staff is pleasant and professional however on multiple occasions did not answer phone. Always had to leave message and wait for return call

My appointment was at 10:30 they had me in the waiting room from that time until 11am, some places yeah you’re gonna wait around 10 minutes but 30 mins plus was outrages. On top of that the staff was walking around as if I wasn’t waiting, never once acknowledged me or reassure me that I will be seen soon. Very unprofessional
